Intrigued, i decided to take the book back to the cabin to show Nikau. When i arrived back at the cabin, i excitedly showed Nikau the book, telling him all about the strange symbols and images that i had seen. Nikau was equally intrigued by the book, but nikau said that he would be leaving to check out on the pack for a few days. He asked me not to join him as he would be travelling in his wolf form. After he left, I settled into my cozy spot by the fireplace in the cabin, I opened the old book I had checked out from the library. The title, "The Lost Village of Ravenswood", immediately caught my attention and I was eager to learn more about this mysterious place.

I slip into a random empty paired seat and sink into the window seat, trying to push William Ravenstone out of my head. Bibah pushes our luggage into the compartment made for them under the seats, then sits next to me with a sigh. She takes off her bucket hat as she gets comfortable, loosening the end of her scarf and then bringing out a shiny new book and a bottle of water from her tote bag. I dump my bag on the floor and read through the shelf while pulling books out and mumble as I go. ‘Even a book can be dangerous in the wrong hands.’ ‘Ignite.’ ‘Hell is empty and all the devils are here.’ ‘You’ll make bad choices. Sometimes you’ll choose the best of bad ones.’ ‘Tuesday is Fucked.’ ‘Everything’s a game. And now it’s your turn.’ I have a stack of about 10 books before I abruptly stop. "Next isle." I say and we walk up and down the library isles. I climb and jump to get books off of shelves and Aidan has to catch me a couple of times when I fell.
