Pirate King In Waiting Novels & Stories

Mikel winked at her, gave her a peck and left . Wondering who Mikel was? Well, he was the King's son; the King of the wizards and was just as powerful as his father - Zaddicus. Nika smiled as she touched the flower in her hair. Then, turned around and walked away.

Her rules had failed her. But as the beast prepared to spring, a sudden, blinding flash of authority rippled through the bond of the pack, forcing the executioners to instantly drop their heads in absolute submission. From the deepest part of the fog, a heavy, deliberate footstep echoed, and a presence so dark and suffocating stepped into the clearing that the very air in Valerie's lungs turned to ice. The King had arrived.

He could not, and would not, leave a single flank exposed. Because right now, the King was bleeding. His navy suit was gone, replaced by a dark tactical shirt. His steel-blue eyes were dead, devoid of any humanity, staring at the phone in his hand like a man waiting for his own execution. He was ready to burn the entire city to the ground, to wage a war that would drag every syndicate into the abyss, just to find the woman who had stolen his cold, ruthless heart. Suddenly, the encrypted military tablet held by Cain in the front seat let out a violent, high-pitched ping.

"And the rogue Alpha? Riven?" Kael's jaw tightened. His hands curled into fists at his sides. "Bring him to me alive," he said slowly. "I want him to watch when I take her back. I want him to see her choose me. And then I want him to spend the rest of his miserable existence knowing that every breath he takes is a gift I decided not to take." The generals filed out, orders clutched in trembling hands. Within the hour, riders would spread across the kingdom. Within the day, every pack would know the king had declared war over a woman he had once thrown away.

We just continued walking until we reached the parking lot area. “Will you wander the pack, Alpha Aiden?” I asked, so his gaze went back to mine. We were about to get inside the car when I asked him those words. “Yes, we will. I will roam the pack and visit the werewolves staying in there. This is the king's job. Visiting his people is one of our responsibilities. It's not easy being a king, Calithea. You need to make sure of the safety of your people. You need to make sure that no enemies can ever harm them as well as enter the territory,” I was listening to what Aiden had told me.

I politely declined with an apologetic smile just as another waiter stopped next to me with a single flute with some yellow like sparkling liquid in it. "Good evening, my Queen," She politely greeted," His Majesty instructed I bring this beverage to you." "Really?" I sceptically but politely asked. 'Yes I did, my Darling. It is indeed your beverage considering your preferences.' Theo reassured. I couldn't help myself as my eyes shot across the room in search of a certain person and to my luck, I found him. Theo. He seemed to have been expecting my eyes because he reassuringly smiled at me and nodded before turning his body back to the ladies and gentlemen he was conversing with.

Rune sighed in satisfaction and disappointment, "Adler, there are countless women worldwide with that hair and eye color. How would you find her if she's real when you don't even know the size of her titties." Priest, on sensing Rune was about to get punched, pushed him aside and stood in front of Adler instead, "I'll hate to see you like this for somebody that doesn't exist." He tightened his hold around the paper, "She exists." "So?" Rune laughed. "I'll make her my queen."— *** Now she was here. "wait... WHAT!" He didn't know how to feel, standing close to the door. What should he do? Go to her? Ask her why she would think he would go to that extent. Yell at her; why she'd think he'd ever

Now he hears only the chirping of birds and the rustling of rabbits. The weather was peaceful but Elijah had been in this place too long. Elijah thought that he couldn't stay here any longer because someone was waiting for him outside. He knew the general and there was a good chance he would attack the Charybdis if he didn't get out. While outside Charybdis, the ships are waiting and Charybdis is also calm. No attack takes place. Everyone who was waiting couldn't help but worry because several days had passed and their king had not returned.

I found it so funny that a wanted pirate group of over 7 years just surrendered because a captain of a cruise liner told him too. “I know you have a thousand more questions and we will have time to talk but let’s get you some food, my child” Davien, the king/ my father says as we are parking and my stomach growls announcing its opinion. Everyone laughs, Davien just pats my head as he turns around to speak with Ericson and Warrick.

Waiting. I leaned against the railing, gripping it tight until the stone cracked under my fingers. “You think you can take her from me?” I whispered to the darkness. “You’re wrong.” “Zade,” Keira’s voice came from behind me. “The witch has arrived. She waits at the gate.” I turned slowly, a grin spreading across my face. “Good. Everything is falling into place.” She stepped closer. “And Caspian’s men… they are already standing. They are ready to fight.”
