Lost City at Sea

Lost City at Sea

These propellers varied in size— some were the size of boulders, while others were no smaller than a lakeside mansion. Beneath the propellers— on the bottom of the ship— were a multitude of seaplane floats, which were probably attached to allow the gigantic aircraft to land on water. Ishida grabbed his binoculars and took a closer look at the aircraft, realizing that it was a Piletan flying ship. He had read many descriptions and seen many paintings of the so-called “giant of the skies” and was fascinated by the sheer size of the vehicle. That flying ship sure has a LOT of propellers and engines, Ishida thought to himself. But how does such a massive thing remain afloat, even with that much

The mafia’s captive

The mafia’s captive

It was carved into glass, sealed with a crimson wax symbol—Valeria’s mark. Petrov stepped forward. “This ship—‘The Leviathan’—it’s fitted like a palace. Seven floors. Hidden holding cells. Armored decks. There will be security from five different nations. Mercs from Cairo. Snipers from Prague. Everyone wants a piece of what she’s selling.” “She’s arrogant,” Sokolov muttered. “She thinks no one will touch her there.” “She’s not wrong,” Bain said grimly. “It’s international waters. We can’t hit her openly.”

Dawn of the Gatekeepers

Dawn of the Gatekeepers

It didn't matter to her since she figured that most of them were given new identification codes so no one would know of their previous owners. She walked by a separate hanger and looked at the number and saw that she had come to the hanger bay Levi had told her about earlier. As she walked in her jaw dropped in awe of the ship, she would be traveling in. It wasn't like the others she had seen. It had a very sleek design, but was still massive. She noticed that it was designed for combat above all things; it had twin plasma cannons on the front and sides. After taking in the size of the vessel she looked around for her pilot. There were several soldiers posted around the ship and technicians

Traveller Of Two Worlds

Traveller Of Two Worlds

There is 4 total ships that would be involved in the Inspection tour from Aeternum Central Shark City to the Eloesa City, with the public aims is to inspect the river routes and also delivering a few important items from the Aeternum Mainland to the Kingdom of Eloesa. There is only a single modern ships in the entire fleet of 4, that modern ship is the Coastal Patrol ship types from the Coast Guard, of which that I bought on earth before, the ship were fully geared up and armed to the teeth, ready for combat. As for the other 3 ships were the slow moving medieval wooden ships caravel, naturally it was all fitted with Magic Sails, for a bit faster movement. Yes, the Sail were magically enchan

The Alpha Protocol

The Alpha Protocol

The slim, aerodynamic lines, the ring-shaped kinetic drives, massive solar hedge. It looked like the ship we had in the old blueprints of Alpha had studied. “This is impossible,” Silas whispered. His diagnosis monster almost fell out of him Eye while staring at the silver hologram. “This is a colonization ship the First Fleet. A sister ship of the echo of the stars. It should have been hundreds of years to be deep in the Andromeda-Nebel!” “But it’s not,” Kael said gloomy. He approached the mercury basin,

HALF BREED

HALF BREED

The warranty was little more than a memory, nobody would write a policy on it, and Jyro was broke. That being the case, the prospector ran the diagnostics twice, mumbled "Good girl" when the read outs came up green, and entered the Pelocan's main lock. The name stemmed from the way the vessel was shaped. Unlike many of the ships owned and operated by Jyro's peers, the Pelocan had actually been designed for mining asteroids, which explained the big beaklike bow.

Dragon-kissed

Dragon-kissed

The twin monks were adroitly turning the junco so the two ships would be broad to broad. Below deck and through the ice embrasures of their damaged hull, Temujin could only partly see the problem. He couldn’t see anything past the bow, only the decoration under it that was a full-body figure of the sea god Watatsumi holding a trident. Nevertheless, he had a sneaky feeling that a white Slayer was protecting the pirate ship with a sort of air barrier.

The Captain, the Mechanic and the One Night Stand

The Captain, the Mechanic and the One Night Stand

"It just doesn't look like much." Ex-fucking-scuse me. I scoffed. I narrowed my eyes, taking offense instantly. I glanced back at my spaceship, rust along the corners of the bay doors. Dust and dirt caked the various panels. Sure, she needed a little sprucing up, but she was still the sexiest spaceship from here to the Nebula 46 on the edge of the Black. "I'll have you know that Peacemaker is an Elysium-7. Best fucking ship of its class."

Sold as the Alpha King's Breeder

"No!!!" "Shud' up, lad. We ain't gon hurt ya… yet," said the burly man, matter-of-factly, as he took the oars in his hands and began to row into the shadow of the man-of-war. I looked up through my fingers at the ship, its wood gleaming in the sunlight. The word 'Persephone' was carved and painted onto the stern. *** "I demand to be untied!"

I adore this series. I had the privilege to read it a couple years ago on a different platform. It’s incredibly detailed with mostly likeable characters. Plus you get to follow the journey as they grow and develop over several stories. It’s well worth the time invested!

The order of the book is a little confusing, started out with a story about Ethan and Rosalie and mid way through it's like the story has jumped back to were the beginning should be. I love the story but this kinda has me scratching my head .

The Island

The Island

As they neared the end Mark caught sight of a boat in the water, unlike any he'd seen before. He could see it was a double-hulled Catamaran, but it wasn't a sailboat. It was like two speedboats welded together then given to Ferrari to turn into something fast and cool. A large cabin sat astride the two hulls with angled windows, topped by a small seating area upstairs, and the entire ship was coated in a kind of metallic charcoal colour. It looked fast, predatory and dangerous. "This is the Betsy," Captain Wales announced and Mark chuckled. "Something funny, lad?"
