He Is Mine

He Is Mine

Each time, the shame and pain cut deeper. My friend, Amir and Sydney tried to ask what was wrong. I brushed them off with half-hearted excuses, not daring to confess the truth. How could I? How could I explain the way Asher’s absence had gutted me, left me raw and broken in a way I could not understand? It wasn’t normal. It wasn’t logical. I had lost friends before, drifted apart from people. But this felt different. It was as if someone had carved out a piece of me and taken it with them.

Carrying The Conde's Heir

Carrying The Conde's Heir

I couldn’t help to smile when I saw the tiny size of Cameron’s footprint next to my own. “It’s a beautiful poem. And it’s spiritual, so I am not sure what you will think about it.’ She giggled. “You remember my friend Lena, right? Her mother Aunt Maria was suffering from illness, and she loves to read a poem, and she’s the who introduce to me this poem. And I love it. It encourages me to keep on going.”

The Day My Friend Died

The Day My Friend Died

My brow furrowed, and I looked at them earnestly. “Matthew?” My parents looked at each other, and I saw my father’s Adam’s apple bob nervously. “Don’t worry about him now.” I knew what that meant and felt like a boulder had crushed my heart. As I stated, he had been a good friend for all he was. He’d just found himself on a rocky path that had crumbled beneath him. He was gone. And I would never see him again. The image of him in his death throes was burned in my mind, and I feared they would be the only ones I would ever retain.

Divorced and Runaway: Mr. CEO Wants Me Back

Divorced and Runaway: Mr. CEO Wants Me Back

And now, the distance between us was a painful reminder of what I couldn’t reciprocate. I stared at the screen for a long moment, my fingers hovering over the keyboard. What could I even say? How do you tell someone that you miss their friendship, that you miss how things used to be, but you can’t offer them more than that? It wasn’t fair—to him or to me. Finally, I typed a quick response: Missed having you here, but I understand. We should catch up soon. I hesitated before hitting send, unsure if it would do any good.

Rise of the cardinal

Rise of the cardinal

Seeing her like this, full of life and happy, made my heart soar and made me want to cry. “How much time do we have?” I asked my friend. I backed myself on the bed, repositioned the pillow underneath my back, and leaned my head on the headboard. I tried not to blink, fearing Diana would disappear forever. “Not much. Something’s looming on the other side. I can feel it.” “I’ve missed this. Those days where it was just us and nothing else. I’ve never really had a friend. You were my first in a very long time. There isn’t a day that passes that I don’t think of you.”

The Alpha's Pen Pal

I know 12 years have gone by since then, but clearly a lot has happened to you in that time to make you the way you are now. There is so much I want to tell you and ask you. I want to know everything I missed while we lost touch. I want you to know everything you missed while we lost touch. One morning of coffee is not going to be enough to make up for all the time we lost, Haven, but it is a start. I can’t wait to see you tomorrow. Your Friend, Wesley I smiled as I read it and I remembered that night, the night we saw each other for the first time. Then I read the next one.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book as well as the second book but I’m also thoroughly disappointed that the author has chosen not to continue putting her books in this venue. Unfortunately, I’m unable to afford purchasing from a book store or online seller the next 2 books she’s written.

Allie is a wonderful and talented writer and author, I have so much to say but, very limited space, I love the beautiful and true life wisdom and positive tone, flow and everything this story had to offer. The only thing I can complain about is that I wish there were more chapters to read.

You are my FLAME

You are my FLAME

Every day when I got close to him as a friend, it felt like it was gone. when I was with him and Jay I didn't feel anything more than a friend would feel but in the absence of him, I couldn't stop thinking about him. It was like, his presence filled my mind stopping me from thinking about anything else, and his absence filled my mind with his thoughts making me imagine all kinds of things about us.

Unwanted By The Beta

Unwanted By The Beta

Friend" is a word that is used so loosely today and it is used too much. But you taught me what selflessness and friendship is. In the path of finding your mate, you helped a helpless girl find herself, and that is what makes you truly amazing. "I know that if you were here today, you would have scolded me for crying like a baby and you would have told me that I am stronger than this. But I can't just help it, my friend. I just can't help it. My heart is not ready to believe that I have lost you and that you aren't here anymore. It feels incomplete, Kendra. Everything feels like it is incomplete now. I really wish you were here.

I feel so bad for Jayla Tyler is annoying. At first, I didn't want my darling Jayla to end up with him but as I continued the story, I can't help but ship them together. Still reading the book though but I am enjoying it and thought that I should drop a review cause this book is great!!!
