 “ I Landon Arlen, Alpha to Moon Shadow Pack, reject you, Jessica Lyon, as my mate”.  Jessica could feel her heart being shredded into tiny pieces, she tilted her head forward hoping to surge the tears from flowing down her eyes.  :She could feel the mate bond untangle, what felt like a feeling of bliss, drawn to him when he was far away was gone, replaced with a sad feeling of yearning that she could never get again.  “ I Jessica Lyon, daughter to the beta of Moon Shadow pack accept your rejection”.  She forced out the words out of her mouth, her lips pursed into a thin line hoping to feel some relief.  She felt nothing other than the tragedy, her heart filled with the burden of living without Landon for the rest of her life, because he was her entire world for Five years and as she watched him clutched in another woman's arm, Jessica could feel her heart shattered into a million pieces.

The wind blows to give a sign that the blue moon goddess has appeared in the night sky. “No, please, please don't give me away like this," I begged, gripping him. My step - father pushed me to one of the guards. I was being given away as a slave to the most feared man in the region. I was suffering from period cramps, so I ordered some painkillers. I asked for a woman to deliver my painkillers to me, but a drunken man came over instead. This time, I did not call my brothers for help. I called the police instead. In the past, not only did my brothers send all of their bodyguards to me, but they also rushed back. This time, I did not call them, and my brothers got to watch Gloria’s theater performance and cheered her on. But once the performance ended, they regretted it.
