he asked Duke, not minding my presence. "Yes, babe, she's my steward," Duke responded dryly. If I am not mistaken, she is Marie, the second daughter of the Menejez tribe; they lived near the Criose territory, the most hard-headed tribe; they were called the black sheep tribe. They don't follow the rules; they are killed once every hundred years via poisoning or hunting. They were the main reason why we wolves were almost exposed, and now, humans do believe we exist and continually hunt us. Either to kill or to attract people for money.

"Wait. If the beast could escape the forbidden chambers so easily, shouldn't they find a more secure confinement for it?" Madam Livia snorted as she gently cleaned and applied ointment to Em’s wounds. "The forbidden chambers is the most secure confinement you will find in Urai. It is well fortified, with impenetrable metal gates and chains." "But that beast—" "That beast, my dear, is one of the strongest Urekai beings to have ever existed. One of the oldest. The grand king himself. That beast has fought and conquered numerous kingdoms and forces throughout the world. One of the few males in existence who could resist the pull of the eclipse moon,"

I tried to bring her back but failed. Doctor Owen had given us a weird explanation of what had happened. According to him Monna was a timber wolf, the tales of timber wolves has been a folktale for kids as long as I can remember. I remembered my father saying they were real but went extinct after the war with humans. They were said to be the strongest breed of wolf to ever exist. Apparently they had the power to transfer their life energy to others, this was why my garden had been blooming so much better since she started grooming them.

My mother, Keenan. I can't leave them, I must get back. So once again I push myself one last time and when the beast's head is close to mine, I lash out and bite just bellow his right ear. He whines from pain but still doesn't release me. He then turns his head up and howls and then soon later, six more wolves appear around us. I know that this fight is really over now. I won't escape the seven wolves, especially with my wounded legs. So I stop struggling. Now, my fight is over. But if not now, I will still find a way to get out.

“Are you really Knox’s mate, or are you just playing some kind of game?” Lydia blinked, stunned by the bluntness of the question. “Excuse me?” Ella tilted her head. “You heard her. It’s just a little hard to believe that Knox would have a mate. Especially someone like you.” “Well, do you expect him to be mateless? I can’t blame you, and if you think I’m some kind of ride-along, then I guess you’re wrong. We are a mate-blessed bond from the Moon Goddess. I’m sorry—there’s nothing you can do.” Lydia threw in the remark, which earned a scowl. She knew she’d hit the spot, but they were at a party, so obviously, they could do nothing.

"Thank you, Aunt Cleo. This means a lot to me." The pendant Aunt Cleo gave Aqua was nothing short of mesmerizing. Crafted from sterling silver, the pendant was shaped like a delicate crescent moon, symbolizing the mysterious and potent nature of Aqua's powers. At the center of the crescent nestled a large, oval-cut gemstone that was uniquely clear, like a drop of captured morning dew. The clarity of the stone made it particularly special, as it reflected Aqua's emotional state, changing color with her mood. Intricate filigree work adorned the crescent moon, with tiny symbols and runes etched into the silver, each representing protection and strength. The craftsmanship was exquisite, making i

I didn’t care, but I didn’t want the locals trigger-happy and putting down innocent animals. The moon hung high and full overhead. Two women ran along the trail with LED running lights around their upper arms and they both gasped when I passed them. I hid my speed as much as I dared. Let them think what they wanted. Like I could be an Olympian runner. I didn’t care. I needed to find that omega. Her honeysuckle and light cinnamon scent drifted on the wind like a thread among the pollution of the city. I quickened my steps and I didn’t care who saw me. The urge to find her squeezed my chest until I felt like I couldn’t take in enough air.

Mana Beast vary from their surroundings, a Mana Beast that was created in a terrain filled with water would have tentacle-like legs and an almost see through body, usually called a Mizumono. Mizumono are troublesome opponents as they can absorb almost all types of magic, but they are known to be calm and gentle creatures. Usually found near large lakes flocking in groups, for the Avaritian Kingdom though. The Mizumono is a massive wealth bringer as having a Mizumono Core would allow you to turn an object waterproof. While there are more types of Mana Beasts, most of the time adventurers and knights tend to only attack the Mizumono since bringing them far enough from water is their biggest we

Looking at the gigantic Dark Race, Lucas thought of the ultimate boss in Ultraman Tiga; the black Dark Race creature looked almost exactly like it. Nevertheless, being big did not equal to being strong. The gigantic Dark Race creature was at most a Rank 7 One. It was almost the same as the Black Dragon Lucas had encountered in the Black Dragon Pond. All of a sudden, the gigantic Dark Race creature opened its mouth. Subsequently, a horrifying beam began charging in its mouth. It looked as though if it were shot out, it would destroy the land. Rumble! Adding on to the terrifying lightning that was constantly striking the ocean, the dark sky suddenly became as bright as daylight.

My name is Elora and I reside at the Blue Mountain Packhouse. I have a slim figure, long curly blonde hair which I usually wear up in a bun so it is out of my face. My eyes are a deep blue which I love. I am not a normal girl though. You see I am a shewolf, my rank at the packhouse is an omega. I don’t know my parents because they passed away when I was just a tiny baby, so I don’t have any memories of them. The only thing I have is a necklace locket from my mother. I have never taken it off because it makes me feel close to her spirit.
