Poppy let them search without fear. “I’ll eat my hat if you can find anything useful on me!” Poppy’s worthless clothes had been thrown away, and the last pill she carried with her had been given to Penny. Anyway, these pills were meant to heal injuries and restore energy, so Philip's people ate them like jelly beans at leisure.
