Posisi Tidur Saat Kepala Terasa Pusing Novels & Stories

The room spun around for a bit, slowly settling to a stop in front of Mason’s eyes as they blinked open. His head felt like it was stuffed with cotton. This was from the effects of whatever sedative had been administered into his system. He raised his hand to probe a spot on his temple where he'd hit the floor during his seizure. The ache still swam around his skull, however minimal. Careful not to jostle himself too quickly, he shifted to his side to sit up.

I started to wake up to my body being lightly shook side to side like I was in a car. My head spinning and pounding still. I wonder how long this headache will last. I start to open my eyes and it's dark. I could barely see much my eyes were blurring everything, when I start to get sight that I'm in the back seat of a heavily tinted SUV. No longer tied up as I feel I can move my arms and legs. I start to sit up to see who's around me and if I can tell where we're going.

was the last thing I heard before sleep carried me away into dreamland. When I woke up, I found myself alone in my room. My position had changed, and I now lay with my head on the pillow. My body was covered, and a glass of water sat on my nightstand. I furrowed my eyebrows, sitting up, but the intense pain in my head forced me to lie back down.

I feel my cell phone vibrating on the bedside table where I am lying. It of course makes my consciousness which has been asleep in sleep slowly wake up. Even though I still feel dizzy and nauseous, I still try to sit up. It turns out my breath feels hot, surely that right now I have a fever because of the stress and fatigue I'm experiencing these days. It feels like the blowing of the AC is making the dizziness in my head worse and I continued to massage it while reaching for my cell phone on the table.

I didn't even have a useful window in my room – it was a penthouse that was inescapable. I tossed my body over to the side of the bed, but then suddenly, my head started spinning. I sat up and felt a wave of nausea wash over me. Even while sitting up, my body felt heavy. My eyelids drooped. Everything was becoming blurry...

I blinked rapidly, trying to debris from my mind, but the familiar hook on the way informed me that I was in my room and on my bed. I tried to sit up, pushing my palms against the mattress and the movement cause wave of nausea rolled over me, heavy and suffocating. The room tilted to the left. I gasped, squeezing my eyes shut until the spinning slowed down to a dull throb behind my temples. My head felt like it had been stuffed in the sandbox during ply time.

Dominic woke up an hour later. He felt dizzy as if getting off a roller coaster ride. It turned out sleeping didn't solve the problem at all. "Arrgghhhhh ...." He woke up clutching his head. It really hurt. He even had a hard time getting up from the bed. He staggered and almost fell if he didn't hold on to the wall.

Although we slept as a loving family last night, she was not yet ready to accept me as her spouse. I grinned as I thought of her lying on the couch, asleep. It was midnight, and I had gotten up for a glass of water when my eyes rested on her as she slept. She was sleeping so lightly on the couch that her body was actually on the floor. She was sleeping without a pillow as well. If she does not sleep in the right position, she will undoubtedly wake up with a neck ache. When she wakes up and discovers she is in the same bed as me, she will undoubtedly get very upset, but it is acceptable to put up with her wrath rather than her neck pain.

"Enakan, Ra?" Aku mengangguk. "Kamu sering merasa pusing begini?"

Somehow I managed to fall asleep. When I woke up again, I felt worse and unhealthy, I had a headache, my tongue and palate were dry. I turned my head to the window as I rose from the chair, it was not bright; it means that I slept for an hour or two, and I did not feel rested in my body anyway .
