"Yes, I could smell you had a wolf, but it was faint. At first, I thought you were trying to mask it. Which confused me. But when you started asking around about Sam, it all clicked into place. We've been searching for the Lupus Luna for that last four years. We knew it was coming close and that she would need help. Our pack thought it was your sister Sam. Turns out when they caught the slight whiff of you, they mistook her for the scent. It wasn't until I arrived back that I could smell she was in contact with the Lupus Luna. But she wasn't it. When I asked her who she had recently been around she said her sister, Maggie, you, and her manager. So, we set out looking for you and the manager.

Just as I’m about to say something, argue that I wasn’t that good of a girl, Laura comes back into the room, this time with a line of crew members and cameras behind her. She grins at us once we’re looking back at her, clapping her hands. “Alright guys, who’s ready to film Luna’s choice?!”

The only test report she could show him was probably the one I saw in the bedroom that indicated Luna was nine weeks pregnant. In other words, Luna planned on claiming her child was Shayne's instead of Rowan's. I was once again shocked by the lengths she would go to just to achieve her goals. Luna agreed, and they made the journey to the healer's den. The healer examined Luna carefully and confirmed their suspicions. She was pregnant with another werewolf baby.
