Primal Dragons Novels & Stories

Dragon was different—polite, calm, rational—and that was what frightened her. She approached him and asked boldly, curiosity mixing with defiance, "What are you doing, Dragon? Why do you act like nothing happened? What are you planning?" Dragon took a deep breath, stepping closer to her. With a mix of love and pain, he said, "I’m trying to kill the old Dragon—the cruel one who lost his little mate. I changed, Jenny. I changed for you." She glared at him in anger, recalling his words that she would only ever be Dragon’s whore. The powerful slap. His control. She continued to stare at him but decided to ignore everything, even his ghostly words that made her heart tremble.

Infinite yet indefinable, it sought to bring some order to the chaos of its being. For reasons no mortal can comprehend, utilizing the substance and energy of the cosmos itself, life was brought into the universe in the form of Dragons. Formed from the essence of the stars, and the primordial matter and energy that is at the heart of all life. Giant beings, there were only two in this beginning of time. As the essence of existence has two components, opposite yet complementary to one another, so were the Dragons made male and female, in order to maintain the balance that holds the fabric of reality together. Equal and opposite, yet incomplete without the other.

He kept it for a long time, but now, that must have been the reason he joined the revolution. The roars and screeches of dragons grew louder as the three reached the temple. The battle had destroyed almost all pillars and the granite slabs around. A strong blast of dusty wind blew everywhere as Ovylion, in his full form, rampaged against the other dragons from Seagrad, including Igryth. Ovylion’s body appeared as longer than any normal dragon. Possessing four wings with bodies of gigantic snakes had made the Lawdras unique in their Primal Form.

He looked down and then back at her praying she knew how to start a fire. In there world each dragon fell under five categories. [Of course, you're almost a full-blown Dragon now even though not pure dragon since you're a transformed one but meh good enough for me because only the people know the old you can tell you're not a dragon from the start, and you just awaken your "Aura" congratz partner!! And before you ask "Aura" are unique because only dragons can awaken them and its very rare, if you ask me how rare it is well you can see from the millions of dragon from the past only 6 have to awaken them and they are The great red, Ophis, Me, Albion, Tiamat, and Tannin even then it's different from each dragon, Great red for having the strongest "Aura" and Tannin being the weakest now you are the 7th...

She swayed, overwhelmed by the sudden influx of sensations—her newly awakened dragon nature responding to each male in ways her human mind couldn't process.

Haziah answered. “Premonition?” Azura frowned, “since when does he have a premonition?” “Since I sensed that Selene’s creature carries twin dragon eggs,” Ramiel appeared in front of them. His eyes were glowing white like a thunderous storm was raging in them. “Twin dragon eggs have always been known as the strongest of all dragons. I do not need to tell you this, you have all witnessed the birth and death of every twin dragon that were born. The last ones were even a handful, but thanks to the almighty, they did not wreak havoc in the world during their time. But, do you know what I found out? Alaric is a descendant of the black twin dragons. Now, should his mate lay these eggs, do you know

Hello, everyone! This is XSkylar19. It has been a very interesting ride for me while writing Bane of the Dragons because (fun fact) this was my very first dragon genre. I know some of you probably disliked how everything turned out or how fastpaced everything happened but know that this was intentional as I couldn't drag the story on. Anyway, while this book becomes the first book for dragon genre, it certainly wasn't my first book in the fantasy genre.

I thought I could wait out the trial period in peace, but Cassian's rut came early. Every month, high-tier dragons suffer a few days of agonizing torment. They absolutely need their mate's scent to soothe them, or they go feral. I stood in front of his tightly shut stone door and took a deep breath. It was my duty, a cold, contractual obligation. I pushed the door open. Cassian healed incredibly fast. His wounds from last night were mostly gone.
