After an amount of time inconceivable for a normal human, the psionic storm eventually asks the question, “why am I doing this?” This question starts a cascade of other questions which slowly but surely make the storm more intelligent. With enough time, time that is uncountable for humans, the storm becomes aware of itself and slowly it compresses the storm into what one could call, a primordial soul due to its nature coming directly from the void.
