Ashton opened the door and looked at me with concern. "Do you truly know what he has and have a cure?" He asked bluntly. I nodded my head and showed him the bottle of blood. "It's a brain infection that Selene was passing around to get her council members and wolves to do her grunt work. If Xavier drinks this he will be cured within twenty-four hours," I said solemnly and he opened the door wider for us both to enter. Glancing around the living room I didn't see Xavier.

Upon seeing this, the celebrities were stunned. Warren Xavier, the patriarch of the Xaviers, the leader of The Great Four in Cansington, was kneeling on the ground. James held a wire in his hand. It was an odd sort of wire with several joints. Upon closer inspection, one could tell that it was made out of countless needles. “Warren Xavier, do you care to admit your sins?” Just then, Warren realized that he was kneeling, though he did not know why. Sweat slid down his spine.

Doctor Xavier led the way to the CT room. He walked up to one of the neurologists before informing him. After a short talk with the neurologist, he returned to Alden. “The neurologist would take over from here. Good luck,” he informed Alden before excusing himself. **** “Are you done with the personality disorder test?” The moment Doctor Xavier stepped into his office, about three voices questioned him at the same time. Everyone was curious except for Atlas. He knew his friend would take his side and present proof of Alden being a sadist. After all, Alden was once a sadist.

"What for?" Xavier is clearly dissatisfied with Chloe’s recovery speed. Is he taking her to a private doctor, or is he about to perform some "Demon CEO" style first aid himself? Xavier resisted the urge to wipe the passive look on the doctor's face as he discussed death like it was the weather but remembering that he had witnessed so many that it paled in severity, he looked away. "Whatever is really going on needs to be resolved soon. Floors don't have fingerprints and sperm was found in her private parts and the use of force was detected." Xavier shuddered. "Just saying." He muttered and left before Maya could act on the urge to jump him, ruin his well-ironed scrubs and order him not to talk about something so brutal, so cold so casually, and with such nonchalance. "I hate him," Xavier whispered. "Yes, that doctor is something."

She had spent years drowning in luxury, throwing money around without a care. Now, he was cutting her off completely. To her, this was worse than death. She kicked and screamed, pleading, but Xavier never looked at her again. Not even once. With Wendy dealt with, Xavier headed straight for the cryonics lab. By the time he arrived, it was already late at night. Inside, he found Professor Zimmer, the lead researcher on the project. “Mr. Lloyd?” The professor looked surprised. Then, as if realizing something, he let out a knowing smile.

"So, I'm guessing that you knew daddy dearest," I asked the professor while picking at my nails. "I thought Xerxes while he was here at the Academy. He had arrived from the human world similarly as you had. He wasn't very social but had an aptitude for magic…misusing it that is. He was always in a fight yet refused to join Professor Xanxia in the arena. He was very strange that way." Professor Faren had a slight frown on his face, that he quickly shrugged off as we arrived at the guard outpost.

Xavier’s face remained cold as he pointed toward the door again, signaling for them to leave. Sarah hadn't spoken yet—she was observing, studying the entire office. On the mahogany desk sat a photo album, yellowed with age, clearly not from recent years. It showed a family of three—presumably Dr. Xavier’s family. She decided to probe. "Dr. Xavier, hacking into the organ database must have cost quite a bit, didn't it?" Dr. Xavier’s eyes blazed with fury. "Haven't you heard anything I've been saying? I told you I never did such things. Please leave."
