She had already finished her homework the night before. She received an e-mail from the Publishing company. They informed her that a comic artist would like to turn her book into a comic. She checked out the comic artist’s previous works and was pleased to see that it matches her style. However, she still wanted to see how the Illustrated book would be received. So, she responded in this way to the Publishing company. Not long after, she received a response. After sending messages back and forth, they agreed to publish the Illustrated book first. Only then would they revisit the idea of having comic books for it.

Malorie stepped forward, still gaping at the painting. “You…” she began. “It’s marvelous, isn’t it?” Cain boasted. “It’s...marvelously bad!” Malorie exclaimed. “What the hell is this?” She pointed at the painting consisting of stick figures in different colors. The shapes were off, looking like an artwork by a kindergarten student. “This is comic art!” Cain claimed. “This looks as if a child drew it!” she hissed. “This isn’t how you make a comic strip!”

She was brimmed with happiness. Elysia forced a smile and that night, they ordered pizza and had a little PJ party. "Shall we have some beer to commemorate today?" Lauren suggested. "I am sorry, Lau.
