Quantum For Dummies Novels & Stories

These days, maintaining physical coherence was like trying to hold a yoga pose while juggling – possible, but requiring constant attention. "Mom!" Violet called from the porch where she was helping some of the void beings practice human activities. "Can you tell Shimmer that homework doesn't actually need to contain all possible correct answers simultaneously?" I sighed. "One answer at a time!" I called back. "We talked about this – quantum mathematics is for advanced classes only!" The void being in question rippled apologetically, their worksheet settling back into normal third-grade math. Mostly normal, anyway. I made a mental note to check that the answers weren't in base-infinity again.

Alyssa said with her eyes lightened up. "Yeah, a little," Octavia just shrugged modestly. "What is quantum physics, Einstein?" Cammie asked, her face was as blank as mine. "It's a physics theory that has opened up the secret of a physical world that we live in," she explained. "Through quantum physics, we know how everything in the universe works. The E=mc2..." "Speak English, Alyssa," Cammie and I said at the same time.

Arnold said. Mr. Roy’s head snapped towards Arnold. Was he crazy to ask a question like that? The terms of the agreement were clear. If someone wanted to be a part of the program they had to agree to everything else they were out. The candidate waited for a few long moments. He looked here and there as if he was unsure what to say. The next words spoken by the stranger shocked Mr. Roy and Arnold to the core. “ The thing I like about the program is that it eliminates the use of old technologies and we use only Quantum computing. This will make our lives more sorted.”

According to these researchers, this could explain the mysterious complexity of human consciousness. At the beginning of the twentieth century, experts in quantum physics revealed that everything is energy, and that the material world is, in one way or another, an illusion. Everything vibrates and everything moves with a unique frequency. This means that a chair or a candle are just forms of energy. Your body is just energy. And a thought or an emotion is also energy.

"Aria, look at this." The page contains a visual representation of quantum mechanical principles that would challenge graduate students. Embedded in crayon drawings of unicorns and castles. "How long has she been drawing like this?" Agent Rodriguez asks. "I don't know. I thought she was just being creative." Marcus flips through more pages of the coloring book. Each one contains increasingly complex mathematical concepts disguised as children's artwork. Probability matrices. Quantum field equations. Theoretical physics principles that shouldn't be comprehensible to a four-year-old.

"Thanks to—thanks to family. Thanks to people who didn't give up on me when I gave up on myself." Maya wandered in. School bag over her shoulder. Looking exhausted. "Rough day?" I asked. "Chemistry test. I hate chemistry. Why do I need to know about molecules? I can literally see quantum signatures. Why do I care about regular science?" "Because regular science is foundation," Albert said. He'd arrived with Sarah. Both carrying groceries. "Quantum mechanics builds on classical physics. Chemistry builds on atomic theory. Everything connects. Understanding basics makes advanced knowledge possible."

“Please open your books to chapter 1.” The students did as they where told. The first page in the chapter showed a 3d hologram of a hydrogen atom under a quantum microscope. It slowly rotated over the opened book. Detailed information about the element and its uses were written on the page. “Wow, how did they do this without magic?!” asked Dorin who rotated the book upon his desk.

The Queen asked before she opened the door. "Yes, of course." Jane held a heavy magic book to her chest, standing right besides the Queen. "Stupid girl." The Queen shook her head and turned to look at Jane, "Do you know of the term 'Shrodinger's cat'?" "No..." Jane said hesitately with a thinking look on her face. She wasn't in school for long.

Sadly, with the way my life has been, I wasn't expecting much. I was about to give up struggling when I heard a loud bang on the door. Kelvin immediately let go and I gasped for air desperately while coughing. “Mr A, you are here” I heard Kelvin say in apprehension. “Yes, I am Kelvin. Did I meet you at a busy time?” An unfamiliar deep voice replied.
