THE LEGEND OF ALVAH

THE LEGEND OF ALVAH

Her professor is pissed off, yet she can’t force herself to write anything. Her pen twirls around as she plays with it. It took five minutes of playing before her professor came in and handed bunch of booklets to one student asking him to distribute it to the entire class. A red covered book laid flat on her desk. “Unpopular legends.” She read it softly. She flipped the pages of the book and thought there must be about a hundred pages. She turned to the first page and saw the table of contents. “Welcome, today we will be talking about some of the most underrated legends of all time. For the entire month, we will be talking about each of these individuals to help ignite our inspiration. Clear

Mister's Revenge

Mister's Revenge

He thumbed through the first chapter as it told the story of the legend of the giants, and all about how the giants and forest people came together there hundreds of years before. He had already heard that story a thousand times, so he looked at some of the drawings and illustrations, and then he moved on, turning each page with reverence and care. He certainly did not want to damage the book or its pages in any kind of way. It was far too old and much too sacred to abuse it.

The Marked Mate of the Lycan King

He bowed and was gone as quickly as he arrived, leaving the heavy satchel behind. I lunged for the bag the moment the tent flap sealed. I untied the cord with shaking fingers and pulled out the book. It wasn't ancient and brittle. It was a modern reprint, but the cover read: Healers' Lore: The Legacy of the Wounded Crown. It was a medical text, disguised as a historical relic.

Wolves of the legend

Wolves of the legend

If felt weird but if it would get me to prove my point well, I don’t mind. ‘I have to pay a visit to the moonstone forest and retrieve a document that was buried there under the stones. It is an ancient genealogical map;’ I shifted to the other side and continued, ‘going back to the First Wolves and the clan lords. It will show that the information I have gathered is true. The man bent down again and looked into my eyes. Every time he did this, my wolf became restless. There was something his presence did to me. I was locked in his eyes, but his voice knocked me back to the present.

Whispers of Sikar

Whispers of Sikar

She took this time to skim through all the pages between the first passage regarding the rhododendron bushes and the bone-chilling page 47, hoping to find something more about this place which the writer spoke of so malevolently. She came across many different topics such as the history of the mysterious Seluitah tribe, the hierarchy of the Spirits, various passages concerning potions and healing draughts, and something about the gates to a place called Valhalla. Lyda paused for a moment when she came across a strange drawing on one page that looked like a snake winding around in a circle to clutch its tail in its mouth, above which was a barely-legible word that she could only pronounce as,

The Shambala Chronicles

The Shambala Chronicles

They kept the world in balance. The benevolent Gods gave the power of Aditi to humans for safekeeping. Legend says it has been hidden in Shambala for several millennia. Only the true heir of Aditi can open the source. The heir would be marked and would be born near the "blue pearl" when all constellations would be in line. The book ended at that... Bhairav was not sure if he had the complete information but at least he knew how to find the heir. He quickly grabbed the book tucking it safely in his cloak and left the citadel.

Lilith's Otherworldly Legends Adventure

Lilith's Otherworldly Legends Adventure

Lucretia's eyebrows were frowned. "The little girl is very insightful," the Green Sky Python looked at the four people in front of him with interest. "Don't be surprised, Lucretia can be said to be an encyclopedia of magical beasts, and within four years, memorized all of the Creeping Magical Beasts, Flying Magical Beasts, and King Magical Beasts" Sasuke didn't say it was okay to say it Lilith and Sasuke were even more surprised to know that just a few of these types of books accounted for one hundred thousand and thirty-three thousand copies of the book!

The Prince and His Princess

The Prince and His Princess

Within minutes, a towering stack of fifteen thick volumes sat before us. I stared at them, my eyes wide. “This is going to take me forever to read.” Tobi chuckled and handed me one. “We’ll skim what we can.” The leather cover was worn, the title etched in faded gold: Aruyios – The Legend and the Lore. Inside were maps, illustrations of pack crests, depictions of ceremonies, and a full-page sketch of a massive stone palace. “Is this where your family lives?” I asked, tilting the book toward him.

The Chronicles of Wolves and Fire

The Chronicles of Wolves and Fire

Whenever his friends threaten her in an attempt to uncover the truth about what happened to their comrade, she conjures the gods of darkness, such as Night, and the gods of the underworld. Circe sprayed them with terrible concoctions and toxic juices, summoning the gods of night and calling on Hecate with protracted wailing sounds, according to the buried manuscript kept by Criselda, young Lucinda's grandmother. Circe tore the trees from their foundations; the ground rumbled; the surrounding woods went white; and the grass she sprayed was soaked with blood droplets. The stones seemed to emit harsh groans, and dogs seemed to bark, and the ground looked to be crawling with black snakes, and ee
