The birthday candles was impressive enough, and Raven added a touch of whimsy using Tessa’s favorite cookie.
Louis helped to order flowers, she transformed a selection of simple supermarket flowers into an inexpensive—but gorgeous—masterpiece.
Pastels weren’t left out, they were lovely, and soft pinks, but Raven chose a bold color. It was supposed to be a vibrant, no-holds-barred party.
Louis also dressed up standard balloons by filling them with confetti for a pop of colorful birthday party décor.
Aunt May had taken Tessa out to distract her. Rose and the two maids helped with the decorations. They worked in silence, acting fast before Tessa and aunt May got back.
