* Even her mindlink voice was tiny and sweet, filling me with a sense of wonder. *Oh ok, let's go get coffee and breakfast,* I said, feeling famished, and she flew to my shoulder, holding onto my hair with her tiny hands, tucking her wings down behind her. She was like a Fairy Firefly, her tiny body, only three inches tall, she glowed bright blue, with eyes the same color as her wings, gold, like those of a dragonfly. When she fluttered, golden sparkles like glitter came from her body, making everyone around her feel happy and uplifted, with a hint of delight.

So now, how in the name of everything, am I back in the confines of her mind while she jumps around in the rain, falling into puddles with no care whatsoever? 'Sher!' she squealed, jumping into another puddle as the rain poured on her fur. It was raining heavily, but Robyn didn't exactly seem to mind. 'I shifted! You can see that right? Of course you can!' She added. 'I can clearly see that. What I do not understand, however, is what we are doing out here in the rain, Robyn.' 'Of course you were going to miss the point,' she murmured, pausing from her jumps. 'I am in the rain because I obviously love the rain, duh.'

The flowers disappear, replaced by vines and thorns that seem to grow thicker with every step. "Are you sure we're going the right way?" I ask, uncertain. Flutter hesitates, looking around nervously. "I...I don't know. I don't remember it being like this." We follow her lead, walking deeper into the forest. Suddenly, we hear a rustling in the bushes. I tense up, my hand reaching for my weapon, but Flutter puts a hand on my arm, signaling that it's okay. Out from the bushes, a small, furry creature appears. It's only about a few inches tall and has large, expressive eyes. It looks up at us with curiosity and chirps.

She placed it carefully into my palm. A crystal no bigger than a fingernail, glowing softly pink. I stared at it. “For me?” She nodded proudly. Then, with one last chiming laugh, she launched herself back into the air and disappeared into the stream of lights dancing above the camp. Another pixie drifted down from the night sky a moment later, this one glowing a bright shade of blue as it fluttered in a lazy circle above us before making a direct path for Rhys. It hovered in front of his face first, studying him boldly, then landed right on his shoulder as if it had every right to be there.

I step up to the fountain and place my hand in it. All four of the blobs race towards it. I touch the light pink one and I see Blair. “Blair is shy but strong.” I say.

‘Of course I do’ I reply, feeling the excitement bloom in my belly as I watch my body moving without my control. Instantly I hear her give off the most powerful roar, that makes the cave shake! She starts blowing out flames and then all of a sudden she’s blowing out ice! ‘Woah!’ I say absolutely flabbergasted, ‘that's crazy, can you do that all of the time? ‘That’s not all! And the ice not so much, sometimes it hurts my throat… but watch…’’ Sapphire muses before blowing out this purple mist. ‘What is that?’

Then he left. I reached for my phone under the pillow, scrolled through a thousand and one unread chats and left it that way. I was utterly restless. That Instant, Joy, one of the girls in our ward sprang up from bed, screaming at the top of her lungs. I started, and so did everyone because it was so spontaneous. One or two girls closer to her bed rushed over to her. I strained my neck to see what was going on. Alas, she was okay. Very okay, in fact. She was beaming with smiles as she peered into her phone. Had she won a lottery or what? "Joy please," said one of the girls "could you give us a heads up next time you feel like screaming? Jeez"

I said cutting the tension in the room. “I’m Snowdrop, but you can call me Snow for short. " She said in another whisper, placing her head back down to her bag. I guess she is more of a shy girl. “I’m Lavender nice to meet you Snow.” I said in a confident manner walking up to the other side of the bed for a shake shocked at my approach she shook back with a slight smile. As the time past unpacking we both had small talk, about our favorite book, plants, she was a Winter fairy hint's her name, more specifically a hunting frost fairy she showed me a couple of snow tricks like ice balls and snowflakes.

A pink bunny stood in front of the elevator doors, holding a bouquet of flowers in one hand and a large note in the other. What in the actual fuck is this? He hopped towards me, bringing the flowers out to me. Long stemmed deep red roses, a dozen over them, wrapped in white tissue paper and a silver wrapping. “Oh, I don’t think these are for me.” I was utterly confused. He held up the sign, revealing my name in big letters. Raine McClaren. “That definitely is your name,” Shane said from behind me. I looked around, realizing I was drawing a crowd. Oh, I don’t think I’ve ever felt so embarrassed before in my life. And to top it off, I had no idea how to handle this.

Speaking of which, Ruby shifted into her second form and poured out a gush of water from her hands towards nothingness. “Chaze, mimic Ruby!” Rin shouts which caused me to do exactly what he said. I launched a strong wind attack in front of me and to my surprise it hit something. I poured more power and suddenly something shattered all around us. The fog was expelled as if it was being kept inside a bottle, as if we were in a bottle. Once it cleared several centaurs were standing around us. Me and Ruby quickly leaped back and joined each other with our backs together. We waited for them to strike but nothing happened. They just stared at us as if they were statues.
