The creatures screeched and burned as they touched the fire, but more kept coming, kept pressing, kept trying to find a way through.

They're screeching and flying lower, their sharp claws outstretched. "Levi, they're about to attack us!" I yell, and as if on cue, the one closest to us dive-bombs and nearly scratches my head open. I duck just in time, turning my backpack around and letting go if Levi's hand to retrieve the gun I have in my bag. These bats might not die because of the silver bullets, but wounding them enough to make them stop would be enough. "Don't let me go!" Levi yells at me, but I have to do it. "Don't fight them, just run!"

I sat protected by the rocks so that the four princes did not see me from a distance. Looking up at the sun that was dazzling to the eyes, then looking forward. I saw wild animals like deer looking for food this morning, birds chirping melodiously, butterflies flying around and bats suddenly flying towards me.
