“Mom, dad, this is Ivory, my mate.” The cup Susan was holding crashed to the ground and shattered in pieces. “Oh my!” She brought her hand up to her mouth and just stared at me before looking me up and down. I was very much aware of the group of people that came over to watch. “Hump, you said your name was Ivory?” Brent asked, looking at me skeptically. “Hello Alpha Brent, my name is indeed Ivory. I am the daughter of Gwen and Nathaniel Peterson of the Midnight Moon Pack.” I didn’t stick my hand out as it would be improper to do so unless he asked to shake my hand first.

“I’m sorry, Alpha.” Grunting with annoyance, though not at Xavier himself, I flipped through the pages in the folder. There were far too few for my liking. Truly, it seemed that Raven was a bit of a ghost herself, showing up out of nowhere, becoming the best of the best. But no one knew anything about her personally. Or at least they weren’t talking. Behind all the loose pages in the folder was one single photo. “What’s this?” I asked, picking it up to inspect it.

His eyes were dark and calm, but there was something in them that made me uneasy. “What is your name?” he asked quietly. I laughed bitterly. “You just bought me and you don’t even know my name? How nice.” He showed no emotion, not even the expected, being anger. He just stood there, staring at me asif he still awaited my response. “Ivory,” I finally said. “Ivory Ashwood. And you just wasted your money. I’m cursed, useless, and I can’t even shift. Everyone knows that.” Edward tried to step forward. “Your Majesty, you don’t have to waste your time with her. She’s just.....”

“You have evil plans against me in the future.” Draymond shrugged. “Allow the future take care of itself. Live in the present for now, boy. You have the big opening. You can become a Sentinel today.” “So you think I should kill Jimin?” Xavier said, turning the book in his hands. “I didn’t say you should do anything,” Draymond frowned. “I just gave you the book that would best suit what you need to do right now.” Xavier turned the book over in his hands searching for a name. “This book was written by….” He turned the book around looking for the author’s name and he finally found it.

We spoke about our favourite books. Ivan has a similar taste of books as mine. I like reading from male point of view so that I could understand what men usually think before speaking or doing anything.

Everyone eyes immediately went to their left following the sound of the voice. “We Humanes can handle it alone. Please Willian, the Queen and all you hunters. Leave this place at once let’s we Humanes take care of this.” Randall said as his right arm gave off smoke with a fizzing sound while being covered by his cape then suddenly he went inflamed in his white flames and this time it became more hotter than he used to, Willian himself was surprised as he covered his face with his arms— Randall white flames shone more light even brighter than anything he had seen.

" Ivory turned to realize the source of Raiden's bewilderment. Her mother had revived her spying ways. "My name is Raiden De Ville." Raiden was courteous as always, extending his arm. "I'm Ivory's mother, Lila Remington." She took his hand. Ivory hung her head in irritation. "Come in, come in. I would love to get to know you." Lila waited for no response from either party and pulled Raiden into the apartment. Ivory couldn't help but think that this night would end in disaster. There were things about her life she didn't want people to know, much less Raiden. His knowing would make her vulnerable in his eyes and that was the last thing a casual relationship needs, emotional baggage.
