She thought she had been way too restless and was hallucinating for sure. “No, My lady. There isn’t any light.” Carol said. She was getting worried for the lady. “Carol, move closer to the book and try to read the words.” The lady kept her one hand at Carol's head passing a bit of her powers to her. Carol moved and crouched down to the level of that Heavenly book. As she was approaching the book, the vibrant light was becoming more tolerant and her eyes were adapting to it. Slowly, everything was clear and she could see the words imprinted.

It seemed to really fit not only the situation tonight but also the bond that Nate and I had so that was the one that I selected. I turned all of the lights off in the room, leaving only the lamp that was on my side of the bed. Nate snuggled in on the far side, nearest to the window as I slid in beside him, propped up to read the book to him and still able to show him the pictures along the way. The library's different in the evening. The electric lights are on, but only in some sections, making the floors a patchwork of yellow light and dark shadows. The desks that line the walls are filled with night owl students, headphones in and fingers rattling over their keyboards, and the stacks are kind of creepy. Like rows of book-filled dark alleys.
