A Divorce After My Rebirth

A Divorce After My Rebirth

And as Malcolm listened to her speak, the sharpness in his eagle-like gaze only intensified. With a faint hiss, Malcolm extinguished his cigarette in the ashtray, the action carrying a subtle yet palpable sense of danger. Without another word, he rose from his seat and headed towards the door. Natalie called out from behind as he walked away, "Stop threatening her. She doesn't respond well to coercion! And besides, she doesn't like people who are stubborn!" In his relentless pursuit to win her back, Malcolm had indeed become single-minded. What he didn't realize was that some complicated things should just be left alone. In the process of trying to explain them, unforeseen accidents could oc

I enjoyed reading this story in the beginning and thought with rebirth things would turn out better but it has just been dragging and going in circles. Don't feel like answers to things are answered just ignored.

if the story still has so many unresolved conflicts, then i believe it has been forced to end. financial issue maybe. Too bad... we dont know the real ending so many novels here. Deep dissappoited. This angered me so much when i have spend so much time here and hoped to much, but i am helpless. Sad.

Runaway Bride to his Billionaire Rival

Runaway Bride to his Billionaire Rival

“Still acting like you can keep her out of rooms.” Winnie snapped, “Who are you?” Malcolm ignored her. His voice stayed aimed at Scott. “You should turn on the news.” Freeda’s skin chilled. “What did you do?” Malcolm’s smile sharpened into something brighter. “Nothing illegal. Nothing dirty. Just loud.” Scott’s jaw tightened. “Say it.” Malcolm sounded pleased to be asked. “I am going on record in twenty minutes. I am going to correct the story.” Freeda laughed once, dry. “Correct it for whom?”

"My terms. Go ahead, take a look." I watched Marlon as he watched the video. His features brightened, his eyes glinting with excitement. Was he always this handsome? He leaned backwards, placing his left leg on top of his right thigh and smiled as he held the evidence on his hands. His ticket out of a life of unemployment and humiliation. I didn't know why I always went out of my way to help him. A part of me tries to convince myself that it's because he considered my existence when I joined their training back then and still stick by me up until now but thinking of it at the moment was not a good enough reason.

Alpha Rylan

Alpha Rylan

"What's wrong with me?" Malik looks grim, as he shrugs. Both Rylan and I watch as Malik open the book out of pure curiousity. The dialect is strange, however, the Alpha of Love seems to have no trouble as his finger brushes under the words. He had skipped to a certain part of the book, which makes me guess that he has some idea of what could be the problem. There is a several minutes silence, as he looks at me, to the book, trying to figure out where I fit on the pages. Eventually, he sighs, closing the book.

His Queen of Chaos

His Queen of Chaos

"Read it. No screens. That was the deal." Malik’s POV I read it. I read it standing, because I did not trust myself to sit, and I read it slowly, the way I read everything that mattered, once for the words and once for the truth under them. And I knew she was watching my face while I did it, watching that carved, controlled face that gave nothing to boardrooms or councils or men with guns leveled at my chest. I let her watch. I let the ground move under me where she could see it.

Bound Unwilling

Bound Unwilling

It still sat at her collarbone. She noticed him looking at it. “Stop,” she said without looking up from her book. “I’m not doing anything.” “You’re staring.” “It looks good on you.” She turned a page. He reached over and found her hand. She let him keep it. ………… Malcolm’s house was transformed. Warm light everywhere, cars lining the driveway, voices carrying from inside before they even reached the door. Staff moved efficiently through the entrance, guests in their finest, the kind of gathering that said old money and knew it.

Marked by the Alpha

Malcolm’s smile grew wider at our varied replies, and I found myself wishing that the ground would open up and swallow me. I mean, I could count on one hand the number of people I’d heard of who had had their grandparents watch them practically get mauled by their partners, and it wouldn’t go beyond a single finger: Me. “I’ll have to take that as my cue to leave then,” Malcolm continued after a little while had gone by, as he glanced from Hector to me. “Leave you two to catch up for a bit…” He trailed off after a bit, standing there awkwardly as he shuffled from one foot to another, almost hesitantly. Then it clicked.

Really enjoying this story! But if you can't be patient with the writers maybe wait for it to be finished before reading. I hate negative comments toward the writers when it's not updated fast enough for some readers. It is rude and has to be disheartening for these writers.

His Ex-wife Secret Lover

His Ex-wife Secret Lover

I wanted to know Malcolm's plan and how I and Richard can find a way to finish him up quickly. After pacing up and down and standing restless, 12:30 reached. I picked up my car keys and drove to the restaurant quickly, by the time I got there it was 1 already. Malcolm is quite an accurate man; he was already been seated and waiting for my arrival. I got upstairs and without much time wasting I asked “what should I do?” Malcolm laughed quite mockingly and said “calm down your answer is all in that brief case.” Malcolm signaled one of his men and the brief case was brought to the table.

Alpha Hybrid Queen

Alpha Hybrid Queen

It took everything I had to smile and not shudder. “Malcolm,” I said through gritted teeth, “what a nice gesture to come and see me. What can I do for you today?” Malcolm looked me up and down, like he was undressing me with his eyes, and I kept the smile plastered on my face as he did. Inside, I felt like ants crawling through my skin.

She Was The Queen

She Was The Queen

Linda stood up to get Edna’s plate. "No ma, dogs can eat outside where they belong," Khai said, looking at Malcolm. Malcom grinned and stood up, raising his hands. "Okay, if that’s how you want it your majesty,” he said with a scornful bow. "No sit there boy," Edna commanded and Malcom slopped back down. Edna turned around and left. Linda followed her with her dinner. When she returned, we started eating. Malcolm scarfed the food down like he had not eaten in years. He finished before anyone else was halfway through and asked for more. Linda was more than happy to serve more.
