I didn't want to panic but hearing that the rebels took her confirmed my fears that she was truly in danger. The rebels. The rebels were a group of witches who practiced dark magic that was banned from witchcraft. They didn't want to keep to the rule of the witches so they separated, earning their name as the rebels. They were dangerous and deadly. They killed people they came across in cold blood. The kind of sorcery they practiced was something that made people who encountered them live in fear for the rest of their lives. They were everything wrong with the supernatural realm.

He noticed some wanted posters posted on it, depicting faces confirmed as criminals. “Look at this…” one warrior said. “It’s them.” “Who?” the other said. “That famous rebel guild I’ve told you before.” “Oh, the forgotten… what’s the name again?” “Forgotten Winter.” “Criminals?” “Uhuh. But some believe they stand with the people. They terrorize the country… assassinating nobles and high executives in the dark…”

"Who were those guys? The ones who attacked me. Are they also responsible for the attack on the Manor?" He took the jotter from me and read with a slight frown. "I'm afraid they are responsible. They call themselves the North claw pack. Dangerous and armed as fuck." North....Claw? Like literal claws? Wait a minute, bartender guy had claws, right? And why are they identifying as a pack? That's odd...never seen any gang do that. I snatched the jotter away from Carter again and began writing. "Are they some kind of rival gang?" He read it and sighed, as if contemplating something.
