Like something inside him had fully awakened. The man who was still standing raised his hand slightly. A dark energy-like aura flickered around him—not fully visible, but Eli could feel it in his bones. The air itself felt wrong. Eli stepped back again instinctively. “What is that…?” he whispered. The man smirked. “Let’s see if the Alpha King is still as untouchable as the stories say.” He moved. This time, even Eli couldn’t follow it. It was faster than before—faster than anything human should be able to do.

Around him were mean looking men, serving as an entourage. “Show yourself!” One of the guards dared to command. The figure took a few steps, stepping into the light and a few feet away from his entourage. His dark cloak pulled around his feet. On his cloak there was a red embroidery of a crown, only one royalty across all kingdoms has this embroidery. ‎ ‎Dravon. The Demon King. Alpha of Lycans. He stood tall, almost statuesque, a shadow against the flickering firelight. His gaze immediately locked on me. His eyes glowed faintly, sharp and cold, like they could see right through my soul.

Marvel returned with Sharon to their abode and on getting to the palace they noticed everywhere had been cleared and the soldier's body had all been burnt. "Listen up soldiers of the Blackwood pack. Two massive tentacles of water rose up on either side of the dock, hovering like cobras ready to strike. The pressure in the cavern dropped as Malik gathered kinetic energy.

I almost grimaced when Kine introduced me, but I kept quiet and played along. "Hello," I said to the glum-faced Drakkonian who was sitting in front of me and was giving me a suspicious look. In comparison to the other Drakkonians present, he had highly distinctive features. Except for the monarch, all the Drakkonians had orange eyes; his eyes were dark red. His left shoulder had more of his spiky scales. "Rednor here; this is Ruel. The second in command to the King," Rednor cocked his head away as he said, "Ruel." Pleasant to meet you, The manner in which he had said that seemed strange.

He smirked before removing a ring from his pocket. "Do you recognise this ring, Princess?" he asked. Valerie gasped with shock. She remembered the ring. It's the black opal ring which is similar to the pendant she is wearing. Raphael wears it. She never saw him removing that ring. It is the symbol of a Raven clan royal. Irina and Cadmus also has similar kind of rings. Each ring has the name of the person engraved on the underside of the ring. She snatched the ring and looked at the underside of the ring for the name.
