Chapter 45 Werewolf Realm Red Moon Pack All twelve Alphas gathered in the Red Moon Pack's main hall, the same place where every major meeting throughout history had taken place. Today, however, the air was heavier… tense. Every Alpha sat upright, waiting—anticipation and fear mixed on their faces as they waited to learn more about Roosevelt's secrets. King Johnson stepped forward. "The reason I've summoned all twelve of you," he began, "is to tell you the truth about Roosevelt—the man who commands a dragon in battle… and the demons from the pit of hell."

He enjoyed the man's muffled cries of pain as the venomous duo manifested into the wounds on his body. But this was just the beginning, the alpha king started seeing red, the color of blood, his favorite color. This color was a very dangerous color for the alpha king to see, as it meant there was no more mercy, he was going to tear the man's flesh to his satisfaction. His love for red could remind one of the way the color drew bulls towards it.

Kendrick muttered, and Zayne slowly nodded his head. “Also, Clara would work with you from inside, and she also has a strong supporter who is the general of the blue moon pack. So this will work out well for sure.” Kendrick said as he swallowed hard. His red eyeballs were popping out of their sockets, and one would know at a glance that he was on the verge of death. “My Alpha. Be sure to get rid of Killain and bring glory to the Red Moon pack. In that way, my death would be fulfilled.” Kendrick said, and Zayne grabbed his hand.

I said and sit down in front of his desk. I hate traveling this far when so much is going on at home. Isla Martago is the last island I ever thought would call a meeting. Dwayne Isla Martago is the Lycan King and one of the oldest around, along with the new King Archer Isla Martago his son. They stick to themselves never really interfering into the shapeshifters world unless they have no other choice. “Dominic, you came alone?” Dwayne asked. Who was I supposed to bring with me? My daddy? Not going to fucking happen IM KiNG and I candle my shit on my own.

She throws me a sharp glare. “That’s enough now,” I turn to see who’s speaking. He’s recognizable immediately, it’s hard to miss the scar slashing across his face, and his heterochromic blue and gold eyes. Alpha Karl. Shivers run down my spine. Nothing like the pleasurable shivers Alpha Dante gave me. No. This is much worse and heavier. For a second, I contemplate turning around and sprinting away. This is all a big mistake. What was I even thinking? If Ryker learns that I went to Redmoon’s club, he’ll skin me.

He felt ashamed for suggesting an easy way out, but it would taint and harm my life and reputation. “We won’t always have easy decisions in life. Yet I will choose death rather than deny my heart and principles.” “I’m learning a lot from you, Alpha King. Thank you so much.” Red knelt and kissed my feet, a pledge of respect and surrender. I smiled and touched Red’s shoulder. “I’m glad you can learn something from me. Please promise me to protect Helena and Freya with your life.”

He said and Loki glanced at him speechlessly, taking in his features properly for the first time while she wondered why he seemed to keep crossing boundaries with her. He was a few inches taller than her. His jet-black hair was in a taper haircut and he was dressed in a black tuxedo. He had a small cut on his right eyebrow, and his eyes... those honey brown orbs were the most seductive pair she's ever seen. And his smile, was the type that could make any woman's knee go weak just at the sight of it. His looks made him give off the vibe and definition of a walking 'red-flag'. But Loki wasn't the least bit flattered by this gorgeous man. After all, Glen had been a beauty to behold too.

A sinister chuckle comes from the Knight's Commander, “typical royal Kindred. Using his gift to cheat death.” I stand to my full height, rolling my shoulders back, and I get into my combat stance. “Don't hate me because you're not me.” I sneer, inhaling the pungent odour of jealousy emanating from his green skin. “Believe whatever helps you sleep at night, Zion Mahji. Alpha King of the Kindred species.” He retorts, pushing off the snow with his bare feet, the commander throws his lance into the wind, leaping through the air with his feet pointing in my direction.

His eye color changed from black to red, indicating royalty. “I am the Royal Beta. The Alpha King's Beta and I were sent here by Holder, Caine's beta, to get you. And you are free to follow me or stay here.” The man said and started walking away.

I thought she would at least tell her brother that she was the one that requested for me but she didn’t say anything and now I am going to face a very angry alpha king. Alpha Benardo is the alpha of the crimson moon pack and is known to be ruthless and unforgiven. Not only was he an alpha but he was king too. Many years ago, his forefathers had settled on the hills of Crimson and built a community that quickly grew wide and over the years, the royal family, as they came to be known, ruled the pack that grew in numbers to the point of becoming a whole kingdom which also became so powerful that no other packs stood a chance. Benardo took over as king at a very young age after his father was ki
