The Heart of the Queen: Legacy of The Moonborn

The Heart of the Queen: Legacy of The Moonborn

Cael said darkly. Lucien’s hands were clenched at his sides. “She’s using them like tools.” “She’s using them like keys,” Cael corrected. “To open something none of you understand.” Ronan’s voice was ice. “We need to respond. Now.” He turned to Ansel. “Write exactly this back— ‘You’ll never know love. You’ll never be a god. And you will never win.’ Ansel nodded, eyes lowered. Cael and Lucien moved toward the gates, already in motion. They didn’t need orders.

Mr. Vagrant & Ms. No Money

Mr. Vagrant & Ms. No Money

That evening, when Isabella returned home from work, she saw Lucius standing at the entrance of the house from a distance. The setting sun cast a golden glow on his well-proportioned and upright figure. His eyes were deep and dark, like a distant, profound sea with brilliant lights shimmering in the center. Like a warm light through thick fog, giving one boundless courage and hope. “Are you waiting for me?” Under his gaze, Isabella’s heart fluttered like a startled fawn, pounding rapidly. Lucius smiled brightly, his smile reaching deep into her heart. It reminded her of a melting iceberg under the golden sunlight.

Author, you’re very creative. The part where Lucius has prenatal depression, that’s a totally a fresh one and totally different from the novels I have read. A very refreshing one. Humour and creative. ...

Dear Author. Please can you strike a balance between the drama at the school and Isabella and Lucius? It gets really tiresome just reading of the endless schemes at the school without getting to hear about Lucius and Isabella as the title of the book is about them.

Luminous: The Throne

Luminous: The Throne

She felt a prickling down her spine. Ianthe’s warning echoed, “Inside this Sanctum, truths twist and lies shine. Trust what you feel.” The High Luminary raised his staff. “Your Luminous core is unstable. The Empire cannot risk instability.” “I’m not unstable.” “We shall determine that,” he said gently. “Begin the Illumination.” The eight surrounding priests parted their robes, revealing golden sigils across their arms. Light rose from them, forming a dome of Lux that enclosed Alessia like a cage. Alessia’s pulse raced.

My Luna, My Son, My Regret

My Luna, My Son, My Regret

My brows furrowed as I flip it over, and I froze. “This is…” I trailed off. This is the first time I felt at a loss for words. This can’t be. Although the picture was stained with a small amount of blood, the name above it was clear. Eloise Rivers Sage. ‘She’s pregnant!’ Rictus beamed and howled in delight. He was so quick to celebrate, whilst I stood there rooted to the ground like a statue as I looked down at the picture. ‘And she’s having triplets!’ My wolf gushed, his excitement infuriating me to the core I let out a menacing growl.

Love the story, writing was intense and keeps the storyline moving. I just would have like to have seen the family reunion. Overall amazing writing but be ready for some intense scenes that can trigger some of you. Happy reading!

Needs a little editing, but still really interesting. The author has a way of storytelling that helps you fully immerse yourself in the story. The FMC is the typical weak to strong, but the story has tons of potential. I hope the writer doesn't intend to rely on clichés/tropes.

Protector Of The Alpha's Cursed Heir

Protector Of The Alpha's Cursed Heir

"This is insane. It's a gamble. What if Annitore actually succeeds in swapping them?" Katherine's expression was unreadable. "Then we'll deal with that when it happens." "That's not an answer—" "It's the only answer I have," Katherine interrupted. "Now chant with me. We're running out of time." Peggy hesitated for a moment, then she took a deep breath and joined Katherine's chant, the words shifting, changing, calling out a different name. "Annitore, Regina Flammarum, Domina Ignis Aeterni—ostende te. Per sanguinem quod fluit, per animam quae dividit—veni ad limen. Veni ad imaginem tuam.*"

Vows of convenience Hearts in Collision

Vows of convenience Hearts in Collision

“Tragic. You always were the sentimental one.” The being stepped forward, voice heavy with finality. “Once the choice is sealed, it cannot be undone.” I looked back at Caelum one last time. His eyes were shattered. Mine were steady. “Find peace,” I whispered. “And burn the rest of the world down if it tries to hurt you again.” The seal ignited. Light engulfed me. And as the realm screamed and folded inward I felt myself let go. --- The rupture began to close. Lucien was still alive. And Caelum’s scream echoed through the collapsing realm As my body dissolved into light.

someone whispered. "It’s a 'V'. For Varkane," I said, my gaze meeting Lucien’s. "From every angle, the stars realign to show who owns the light. And with a single flick of the clasp, the crescent moon sigil expands into a full-moon blast radius." The room went silent. Then, one by one, the advisors began to clap. Lucien didn't clap. He just sat there, his eyes burning with a dark, satisfied pride that felt like a brand on my soul.

LUCIFER'S BANE

LUCIFER'S BANE

Finally spirits he could work with. As though they felt his eyes on them, they turned to his direction. Gadreel widened his eyes and Adriel had a shift in her gaze, admiration or relief Lucifer couldn’t tell and he didn’t care either. With a simple nod, he had given an order:Stand up and follow the others. They wasted no time and soon Lucifer lost them in the crowd. When the last spirit had gone through, he made a move towards the light. If the maker was showing them mercy, he was extremely pathetic. He had no plans to reconcile, he was out for blood. With one last look at the now brightened empty space, he smirked and went past the blazing light with his eyes closed.
