Nothing appeared to be missing or disturbed. Deciding to take a moment to calm my frayed nerves, I resolved to indulge in a warm, relaxing bath. Stripping off my clothes, I filled the tub with steaming water, watching as the liquid spilled over the edges, a comforting sight amidst the chaos of my thoughts. I sank into the warmth, allowing it to envelop me, soothing the ache in my soul.

Familiar rumbles poured over me, the sounds soothing and comforting in their rhythm and tone. I closed my eyes and leaned back against the wall, relaxing.

Daemon finds the situation amusing and laughs hysterically. I close my eyes, allowing myself to fully surrender to the tranquility of the moment. As I cower against the wall with my eyes squinched tight together, I slowly make myself relax. With a deep breath I release the tension in my body and I stand up straight. I vision the forest on the drive here as my eyelids relax. When the growling stops, I wait for the pain. I wait and I wait. Yet no pain comes.

My body has felt so tense that I can’t wait to just relax. I feel relief washing over me as we return back inside, and I’m excited when I see the two mats on the floor in the living area. Lisa tells me to lie down, and she lights some incense which smells absolutely wonderful. She tells me to relax and close my eyes and I can hear her lying down beside me.

She then took all of her clothes off and soaked in the bathtub. "So relaxing." She said in content. She closed her eyes and completely relaxed her body. Her body and mind was in constant alert when she was inside the forest, so this is just a perfect time for her to relax. Sometimes, it's good to let our mind and body relax from time to time. It would help us a lot.

Adrian sat back in his office chair, finally allowing himself a moment of peace.
