It was the kind where every middle class kid dreamed to live The garden had different types of plants which were snow laden. It had different flowers like roses , sunflowers, lilies, daises. Leon lived in the penthouse of an exclusive apartment complex. During my tour with his father the night before, I made a show of asking for his address from his father. He had shared it with me, but I already had the info. If the old man had refused, I would have gotten it from Adrian. The kid’s face flashed in my mind, and I buried it immediately. My focus was needed elsewhere. I drove into the gated complex and parked in the underground garage that served both residents and visitors.

What matters is that I will be seeing her again. We arrived late in the afternoon and Leon met us. Leon rented a bigger room, which was a combination of two rooms converted as one. There was a small divider to separate the living room and the place where the beds were placed. The bedroom consists of four single beds, two beds on one side and the other two on the opposite side. The living room has a couch and a flat-screen TV. Just a few steps away from it is a round dining table big enough to seat four people.

Mercy suggested, " I will go check the bedrooms. " I nodded before heading upstairs. Something told me, I ought to go check on the roof.I took the stairs instead of the elevator. Lea's place was only four storeyed , with a lush green surrounding, a gigantic pool and a couple of rabbits beside the garage door. He let out a long sigh, realizing it wouldn't be appropriate to disturb Selena's sleep. Leon planned to return the next day and abandoned his previous intention. Visiting so late at night wouldn't be polite, he thought. He restarted the car's engine, preparing to press the gas pedal, but before he could do so, he noticed the front door of the orphanage opening. Selena was pushing her wheelchair alone towards the courtyard. This sight made Leon quickly turn off the engine, exit the car, and run towards Selena. He wasn't sure if Selena had seen his car arriving or if she had come outside for some fresh air. But at this moment, Selena was steering her wheelchair towards him.

ALLY'S POV I went back to his room and looked for my phone. Once I found it, I grabbed it right away and hurried out of his room again. I went down the stairs and headed straight for the door. When I finally got outside, I called Mang Pedio and told him to come pick me up. As I walked, I noticed I was in a building – so Leon lives in a penthouse. I walked down the hallway looking for the elevator. When I spotted it, I got in right away and was joined by two men inside.

he asked, letting out a low chuckle “Alyson and I live together under the same roof. Jaxton frowns slightly. Leon slipped his hands into his pocket. “Our parents are close friends and Alyon here and her mum couldn’t afford to pay rent anymore, so my parents took them in” My cheeks burned with embarrassment. Leon stepped closer, his eyes never leaving Jaxton, “So if you want to know anything about Alyson…… I’m the right person to ask. “Living in the same house doesn’t give you the right to treat her like she is yours” Jaxton replied calmly. The smirk on Leon’s face falters for a second. “I’ll watch my mouth if I were you”. Leon looks at me “Come on, we are going home now”

Now that she's experiencing it herself, she's excited but has to hide it, especially since her bodyguard is unfortunately a vampire. They head to her mansion with a car where of course Leon drives. They immediately arrive in time. Leon is a fast yet careful driver, unlike Akira who is known for being a reckless driver—a bad driver. Fortunately, she's not getting into an accident despite those. Akira then toured Leon to the whole big mansion. Her mansion is composed of a fifth floor, with different rooms for her bedroom, the employee's room, her office, etc. There is also a general hall wherein parties and gatherings can be held.

“I think it’s Matthew’s assistant…” Lucy picked up the call and heard the assistant say, “This is Mr. Leon’s assistant, Mrs. Leon. Mr. Leon is busy today and won’t be able to pick you up. A car is parked in front of the mall right now. You don’t need to get a taxi if you’re planning on returning home now.” “Alright. Thank you.” Lucy hung up, and Chelsea looked at her enviously. “Your husband still remembers that he needs to pick you up even though he’s busy…”
