Novel & Cerita Rise Of The Dragon Book

Hello, everyone! This is XSkylar19. It has been a very interesting ride for me while writing Bane of the Dragons because (fun fact) this was my very first dragon genre. I know some of you probably disliked how everything turned out or how fastpaced everything happened but know that this was intentional as I couldn't drag the story on. Anyway, while this book becomes the first book for dragon genre, it certainly wasn't my first book in the fantasy genre.

Calix asked after a long moment of silence, pulling out a book from the small stack on my desk. “That is a book of tales and myths about our people.” I said, smiling when he placed the book next to me on the loveseat. “It holds the story of the original Shifters and the Four Sacred Dragons that founded the four Kingdoms.” Calix climbed onto the seat and grabbed the book, raising it to me as he settled against the armrest. “Would you like me to read it to you?” I smiled as he nodded again, his brown hair bouncing around as he leaned in a little closer.

I rubbed my thumbs over the edges of the cover, staying clear of the eye. Soft, sleek, and smooth like a lizard's skin. "What's inside?" Cindy gave me one of her famous looks. This one saying, Duh! "Abernathy's spells. This is the oldest, most powerful book on the planet, and it's mine now." I snorted, though I could feel the book's power. "Really? Why do you have it?" Immediately after the words left my mouth, I regretted them.

I spent hours studying the text. I learned about Alice's Dragon, referred to in ancient languages as the 'Rare Healer of Fire.' This unique dragon was gifted with ancient magic. If the Rare Healer of Fire mated with another dragon, they would be reborn as humans but retain the ability to use dragon magic without their dragon forms.

Apollo asked confused. “He is her start and her finish. He is the only reason the gold dragon exists. If Rosalie was marked she would be the pure gold dragon. A dragon said to have the power of the heavens and a heart as pure and sweet as an angel. Her life starts with his touch. She will never die as long as Asrar never dies. He grinned. Before anyone could contemplate what was about to happen, a deep roar shook the earth. Sending all of them backwards. Slamming them into trees. A black giant dragon suddenly and slowly emerged from the other side of the forest. Approaching the scene stealthily. Its rough skin was dark as obsidian and long claws which could cut through steel. Its eyes burn brightly like hot coals and an earth shattering roar left its mouth, its razor sharp talons which could tear through anything. The sight of the dragon sent tremors through the men and they retreat carefully.

Bri asks, panic in her voice. "She performed a ritual and brought someone called Ragnar Stonemountain out of some portal. I'm pretty sure she called it the Neverclear void. If I am correct with everything i saw in my vision. The Kitsune clan leader has been released from his prison." I said. I then go on to explain my whole vision to them, from the sacrifice, to the spell, to the discussion they had. Everything I could remember I told them. Everyone was looking at me with shocked looks on their faces.

Alicia watched through a break in the wall and her heart ached as she watched Prince Corithias taking on the Red Dragon, the Rogue King Cyrus himself. They fought in midair biting, slashing, and thrashing about. Alicia became angry and burst into flames as she saw her dragon being thrown down upon the ground, bleeding. She saw the red dragon soaring down for another attack when she suddenly transformed into her phoenix and broke through the wall.
