Rising Of The Shield Hero Fanfiction Crossover นิยาย & เรื่องราว

It expanded, covering her and Noah in the warm light. Noah did the same. His crimson aura intertwined through Ophelia’s like water through cracks, it formed a shield of red and violet. A soldier from their right fired the first bullet, it whipped with high velocity cutting through the smoke. It collided with the shield and missed its targets. Ophelia started to count down silently in her head, at the count of three, she launched towards the nearest soldier before her. Noah followed her with more force, the ground cracked where his feet once stood. Their shields ripped apart like fabric, reforming themselves around them as separate entities looming behind them.

Then he turns to me and say, “Now send him to hell where he belongs.” Raising my hands, I release the streams of fire towards Joshua, and he quickly puts up a wall to block the flames. That’s when Sal throws all he has from the other side at him, and Joshua raises his hand in the other direction putting a shield up towards Sal. I could see the pain in Joshua’s face as it took every ounce of strength, he had to keep the shield up from both Sal and I attacking him. His shield began to weaken but I too was becoming weak with all the energy and power I had used today, and I didn’t know how much longer I could hold on.

Lock it inside a part of my mind where I stash all of my irrational thoughts. Valen fed on her, I think. She let it happen. Those holes on her neck aren’t a lie. Even though her words could be. He was here last night. I saw it when the shield slipped for a brief second. And that was when Creed nearly got ripped apart by a rogue. My bones ache. I need rest. I need to relax. But I need to be here right now. I need—

Her sweet voice called to me as she wrapped her arms around my waist, and the darkness in my mind started to fade. More and more wolves came over, hands touching me, touching Rowan, sharing their strength. Sharing their power and I sobbed. Our power surged, the splintering shield solidified, and reformed, pushing back the rocks in the ceiling as a few wolves stayed separate to run in for the wolves still under rocks. With the shield solid again, rocks started flying back out of the cave, everyone faster than the last. I couldn’t look, dread still pooling in my chest whenever another body was dragged out. I kept my eyes on Ry’s. He never looked away.

“Blade… If they break the shield, it means I’ll be too weak. We need to separate.” “What do you mean?” I asked, almost in a growl. “Do you remember Kalmerus? How we fought separately, and how no one could touch you? I will build that personal shield for you, but you need to dodge and avoid any blows, too. It’s easier than this shield, which prevents us from fighting back.” I nodded, but I had to ask, “Will you be safe?” “Yes… Trust me.” “With all my heart, Althea. But don’t go far away from me.” I kissed her briefly before letting her down on her feet. She gave me a nod, and I moved further away from her.

My entire pack was slaughtered. Alpha Caden mated to me. For three years, I was his Luna, believing I was safe. Then I knew that he hadn't saved me. He had used me—all to protect the real killer. His one true love, Lyra. Just hours ago, the weight of a long patrol hung on his shoulders, and my heart ached for him. I brewed him a cup of Moonlight Tea and tiptoed toward his study. The tea was a special blend, meant to soothe a wolf’s frayed nerves and ease the burn in muscles pushed to their limit.

“Magic thrives on intention. If your mind drifts, the shield will falter.” She dipped her head in acknowledgment. Closing her eyes, she called on Asena. The wolf’s reassuring growl of support rumbled in her mind, and she exhaled, letting her resolve solidify. This time, the shield that appeared felt less forced. She opened her eyes to see it gleaming more steadily, shimmering before her like a protective veil. Eamon nodded with satisfaction, tapping it gently with the wooden staff. It held firm.

He looked torn between what he believed was right and my demands. “Unless you all think I can’t handle it.” I blurted, eyes darting from my brother to Kieran and then to Serena. The trio exchanged looks and went quiet for a while, realizing that I wasn’t going to back down. Even when my brother finally started talking, I could tell it killed him to give in to my request. “Kieran and I have been working on shields that can protect the warriors from the toxins.” Damon voiced. “Both physical and spiritual shields.”

He had many questions about how her vocal projection ability worked, but he chose to observe for now. The third person was ranked #88. Zen didn’t know if they were male or female, but he introduced his mafia name as “Impenetrable Shield”. The human shield had a lab manufactured material fused with his bones. After the fusion, blades and bullets cannot do his bones any harm. This person was a walking human shield even if they still bled, and Zen was slightly horrified.

“It’s going to work, Aurora. And I can help. I know you’re scared. But right now, we need to act fast.” The words felt like they didn’t quite make sense, but the trust in her eyes—the certainty—told me everything I needed to know. I could feel the tension in the air, the weight of the moment pressing down on all of us. We didn’t have time to question it. Not anymore. Caleb glanced at Alpha Camden, who nodded solemnly. Ashton looked between us, his expression a mixture of wariness and hope. Then all of their eyes turned back to Caroline. “Aurora’s right,” Caleb said, his voice low. “We need one more person to make the shield work. Caroline, if you’re sure—”
