The Alpha Savior

The Alpha Savior

So why did something like that happen at the most disadvantageous time? Because he had not been able to build the perfect secure space for it, he placed it among the ordinary books in hope of it going unnoticed. However, when he ran his fingers through the row of books, he could not feel that one book which was supposed to be there. His heartbeat immediately accelerated, it’s the equivalent of losing your phone in the modern day. Someone like hom who was mostly cold headed suddenly became anxious, out of all things in the world, it was one of the few things he absolutely could not let go because the consequence of misuse of the book could lead to a terrible disaster.

Risks Of Loving You

Risks Of Loving You

I turn the phone back off and return it to the desk. Finally, I turn back to the bookshelf. I pick up a book I found titled The Catcher in the Rye . I recognized the title as a classic piece of American literature, but I've never read it myself. His copy looks distinctly different from the rest of his books. The others look either new or almost new, but this one looks as though it has been read several times. I settle on the couch, open the book, and begin to read. ~~~ I freeze when I hear thumping outside on the porch. The doorknob rattles. I stare at the door in terror. A loud knock sounds. It's probably Ryan. It's got to be him. Definitely.

The Billionaire's Love Game

The Billionaire's Love Game

“I’m an open book.” “You’re really willing to give me sixty percent? That’s extremely generous. Suspiciously so.” “It’s as you said,” my brother replies. “They keep taking more and more of your business’ cut every year for quote protection unquote. I know the risks you’re taking, the sort of trouble you might face if you’re caught. You’d be doing the brunt of the work, and I believe in playing fair.” Roman glances up at me, almost as if for approval. I went over what to say in the car before we got here. He’s hamming it up a bit too much, but at least he’s getting my points across.

Once A Luna, Now A Stealer?

“Do you think it’s safe to risk it?” Risk it? RISK IT? She should not even be considering this, the greedy little idiot! I already know what she’s thinking. Ruelle would not let an opportunity like this slip through her hands. But this isn’t an average Alpha we’re talking about, this is the King of them all. She’s literally going to risk her life here.

The Hybrid's Risk: Book 1 of The Hybrid's Series

The Hybrid's Risk: Book 1 of The Hybrid's Series

“You just need to know that some rules do come with consequences for breaking them. You just so happened to break the major rule in every wolf pack. As much as I know you wish you can take it back, the deed is already done.” “You’re right.” I told him. “I just hope she can survive this. Finding out about it being a 1% chance just bothers the hell out of me.” “Yeah, I know what you mean.” Seth said. “It bothered me as well when they brought it up. “I grown to like having Triniti as a little sister-in-law.” I rolled my eyes and laughed. There’s no sister-in-law anytime soon. Seth looked at me and laughed when he saw me make a face at him.

Three Billionaire Alphas on Their Knees

Three Billionaire Alphas on Their Knees

"Kingston's risk control policy is simple. I don't sign for someone who deliberately hides core risks." Raine watched her for a long moment. Then he laughed, open, unguarded. "Fair enough." He pulled a black personal card from his inner pocket and slid it across the table. "When I have clean books, I'll come find you." He raised his glass to them both and walked off into the crowd. Nearby Pack representatives, who had been watching from a distance, exchanged glances. One by one, they stepped forward, glasses in hand. "Director Clark, could I ask you about the northern route risk ratios?"

(BOOK 2, SEQUEL TO RISKS OF LOVING YOU) Pains Of Loving You.

"Then stop asking questions I'm not going to answer." She takes another bite of my sandwich. Her abrupt character change is unsettling. She's incredibly unpredictable. As much as I've been wanting her to speak these last few days, now that she's willing I'm apprehensive. If she's going to be a loose cannon, she could present additional risk and put both herself and us in more danger. "Ramirez, why don't you go outside and inform the security detail of our plans for the afternoon," Jones says. When I finally tear my incredulous gaze from Tayja, I see that Jones is giving me a

REJECTED BY THE ALPHA, CLAIMED BY HIS BLOOD

REJECTED BY THE ALPHA, CLAIMED BY HIS BLOOD

Not heavy. Not pressing. Present. Lyra leaned back slightly, letting the quiet exist without filling it. And then she saw it clearly. For years, risk had meant something precise. Loss of control. Exposure. Failure that carried consequences beyond herself. Something to anticipate. Something to counter. Something to survive. This was different. This risk did not threaten to take something from her. It asked her to stay. To remain present without authority. To allow connection without leverage. To want without justification. That made it more dangerous.

Dating The Villain

Dating The Villain

This is me simply saying that I know the risks loving Navier has and I am willing to consider them as things I cannot and will never be able to remove from our relationship. For the countless romance books I have read and will still read in the future, I do know that our situation right now has been romanticized for so long. A bad man falling for a woman who is living her normal life. I know I have read so much about this, but everything we have right now is real and I am not simply reading what would happen with the assurance that no harm will come to the leads. The danger is real and there is no way I can ever be assured of Navier’s safety. Or mine.

THIS. BOOK. DESERVES. A. LOT. OF. VIEWS I admire the author's writing style because the story is well-written. You can easily go with the flow because there are no bothersome errors. The title is catchy and intriguing that makes you want to explore the story itself. Kudos to the author!
Frankie Nero.
Great read. I love how you took your time in character development. Its one of the things I admire in fiction. I also loved the fact that the clichés were minimised. I think I fell in love with Sofia at one point. She's the definition of woman power.

SINFUL ACQUISITIONS

SINFUL ACQUISITIONS

"It is foundation for something else. For choice, repeatedly made, until pattern becomes indistinguishable from commitment." "Or until one of us exploits the other's uncertainty." "Or until that." He stops, maintaining distance I did not request and he did not promise. "The risk is mutual, Mara. The uncertainty is mutual. The wanting, I suspect, is mutual. That does not make it safe. It makes it real."
