Rodrick Rules Novels & Stories

“Halvar, if Rowland catches wind of this…” “He won’t.” I cut him off again with a confident tone. “Rowland thinks too highly of himself to suspect that anyone from his own pack would really challenge him. He still believes everyone plays by the same rules of honor he does.” Edrick gave a bitter laugh. “And you? What rules do you play by?” “The ones that get results.” He fell silent again, watching me with that uneasy look that men get when they realize they’re speaking to something dangerous but can’t quite decide whether to back away or stay and witness the chaos.

That would never happen because Frank is not that kind of alpha, but I still have to be ready for anything. I turn to the side just to see what Laurie is doing, expecting him to still be on the phone, but now he's watching us with wide eyes. I should consider that he's just a kid and tell Olivia to get him out of here, but I take into account what the witch said and that he'll most likely grow up wanting to work in security like all the alphas in the clan, so I let him watch this. "Frank Taffy, Alpha of Fallonmore," Rodrick replies, approaching the window again, "I see you are recovered. I want to apologize for the attack and make things right. For that, I want to challenge you to a fight fo

"No one can know at work. Complete professionalism when we're in the office." "Agreed." "And if this starts affecting my job or your relationship with Anthony, we stop." I do not like that rule, but I understand it. "Agreed." "And Richard? I won't be your dirty secret. If this becomes something real, something serious, eventually we go public. I won't hide forever." "Deal." She smiles, and it transforms her entire face. "Then we have an agreement, Mister Westwood." I pull her against me, feeling her body melt into mine. "We do, Miss Hart."

I did break so much of rules for him and I never regret that. And now when I see him, I feel proud that I broke those rules of my own. When I feel him on my arms I feel that sometimes breaking your rules bring you happiness in life along with the risks and sometimes when you break the rules, unexpected result might show up and might take your life to next level.

I nod my head even if I had no idea what that means. He places the book in the table between us. A few words are written in reddish brown on the brown surface. "What's in it?" I ask. "Basically rules, what is expected of a capo, a wife, an underboss, a solder and a couple other things I don't want to discuss. It has a list of punishments for traitors, or when rules are broken." his eyes do not move from me. My eyes looking at anywhere but him. I decided to focus on the book since we were talking about it.

Letting go of the shadow’s hand, he stepped between us before Norway could take two steps. “Don’t touch her. I’m here now,” Roderick warned coldly. “Move out of the way,” Norway hissed. “She needs help—and certainly not from you!” “You had just one job,” Roderick growled, his eyes blazing. “To protect her and keep her safe. And instead...” “Instead, ‘you’ failed woefully,” Norway snapped back. “If you had kept tighter security in here, we wouldn’t be...” “This is ‘my’ Pack and ‘my’ rules...”

Roderick: "Remember, your abilities and positions are not above reproach. Use them, My expectations are high, and I will tolerate no incompetence." The general counsellors shifted uncomfortably in their seats, acutely aware of the weight of Roderick's power. General C: "Your Majesty, we understand the gravity of the situation. We will redouble our efforts to meet your expectations and address these challenges." Roderick: "See that you do. Your loyalty is commendable, but remember, it is my rule that holds this kingdom together. Disloyalty will be met with swift and merciless justice." As Roderick spoke, his arrogant demeanor remained unchanged, further intensifying the atmosphere of fear in

I walked over to the bed, my steps hesitant, and picked up the paper lying there. My eyes scanned the neat handwriting, and I realized it was a list of rules. At the top of the page, in bold letters, it read: Dos and Don’ts – By Alpha Ronan. I couldn’t believe what I was reading. The list went on and on, ridiculously long and detailed. “Clean my room daily, serve my meals on time, and be on standby whenever I need you,” I muttered under my breath as I read. My eyebrows furrowed as I continued.
