Her Graceful War Song

Her Graceful War Song

She fought to keep her composure, her throat tight as she forced the words out, "Thank you, Mrs. Farrell. It's nothing, truly. A little hardship is nothing." Natalie, the prime minister's wife, felt a pang of sorrow at Rosalind's state. How could such a talented, graceful young woman be reduced to the subject of such gossip? She said softly, "My dear, I'm here today as a matchmaker. Your grandparents wish to know your opinion, and I ask you now—do you consent to marry Thomas Farrell?"

I love reading but choosy, and this book caught my attention as the author's thought was put into writing. It portrayed the life of normal and those in power clearly. It contains political, military, monarchial, business, education, martial arts, humanitarian, judicial aspects that I can relate to.

I like how this novel is now evolving into an interesting Sherlock Holmes case after the much-needed testimonies of Caden, Barett, Viola and Violet in particular... And I don't understand people's lack of patience, I really don't... for my part I can't wait to see what the author has in store for us

Taken by the Mafia King

Taken by the Mafia King

Way too much for a pleasant dinner al fresco. “Actually, I do have somewhere.” I jerked my chin, and Paige began following me through the house. “I added this right at the end,” I said as I opened the door into the small solarium crowded with rows of plants. “Rosemary’s suggestion, actually. She’s one of Killian’s cooks. These are all herbs that won’t grow in Philly winters but are much better fresh.” Paige sucked in a deep breath of the rich, green-scented air. “Wow.”

A top rates book for its goodness in writing mafia book, lol, I thought my mafia book.idea will be great but after reading this, it's a mess compared to this. I have a lot of work to do, but kudos to author, she tried.

The transition from enemies to lovers was smooth and convincing- The author did an excellent job guiding their reader through from start to finish. And the romance!? HOT ...... This book deserves a lot more publicity.

The Ugly Wife Becomes The Billionaire's Sweetheart

The Ugly Wife Becomes The Billionaire's Sweetheart

“So I should thank the woman who destroyed my family? Who seduced my husband and stole my daughter away from me?” I stood there, tears blurring my vision as Lucas smiled for the cameras, cutting the cake with her, snapping photos with her, celebrating with her while I stood in the shadows like a ghost. I couldn’t take it anymore. I turned to leave, ready to find peace, anywhere but not here. I was leaving the party when I heard. “Rose! Rose!” Someone called. I stopped. I looked back and I frowned when I saw Catherine. What does she want? Hasn't she done enough?

The Darke King- The Broken Immortals Book One

The Darke King- The Broken Immortals Book One

The walk to the Gathering was unbearable as the stench of roasted meat wafted through the halls of the main house, but Rosemary was starving, and her stomach grumbled in pain. Seeing her stumble through the hallway, Nicholas hustled to her side and took her arm in his. “Allow me. I’m so happy to see you out of your room. The fresh air will do you good.” Breathing a hundred different ways through the nausea that gripped her, Rosemary closed her eyes. “I really don’t think so. The smells are intolerable.”

UNWANTED TRUE LUNA

UNWANTED TRUE LUNA

"Rosemary, how far back can you remember your childhood?" Rosemary opened her mouth to answer, then stopped. Her expression changed from certainty to confusion. "I... I remember being eight years old. Playing in the pack house. But before that..." She frowned, concentrating. "It's fuzzy. Like trying to remember a dream." "What about your parents?" Elder Drake pressed. "Tell us about them." "My mother was Sarah. She was a nurse at the pack hospital. My father was Thomas, he worked in pack security." Rosemary spoke with confidence, but Austin could feel her growing uncertainty through their bond.

Claimed by the Lycan Beast

I stood up from the bed and walked towards the bathroom to wash up. I walked out of the bedroom and I was surprised by the view I saw outside. Roses were laid outside the room and I saw Farrell’s walking towards me with a bouquet of flowers. There were 99 red roses. My face was full of smiles and there was a bright red blush on my face. He got in front of me and put the bouquet in my hands, good morning Star. “ Good morning, Farrell" I said with a smile still on my face. I sniffed the roses, their fragrance was sweet and I couldn’t help but hug the bouquet tighter.

Blood Roses

Blood Roses

The smell of smoke never left her. Even after five years, Inés still woke up coughing some nights, the phantom scent of ash curling through her dreams like a ghost refusing to rest. “Name?” the guard at the Delgado estate gate asked, his voice flat but suspicious. Inés gripped the strap of her cheap bag tighter. “Inés Montoya. I’m here for the maid position.” The man’s eyes raked over her; young, pretty, average enough not to draw attention, which was the point. He muttered something into his walkie-talkie, then motioned for her to go inside.

She was telling me that only) "Shayari teased " Do not worry i know how to make her happy. "Zarun said with a wink " I will take my leave now, you both come together. "Shayari said and left from there " is my wife still angry with me? "Zarun asked " you did nothing to make me less angry "Zeenat said " Gulaab ka rang laal hona uski khasiyat hai Aur apni khafa hui begum ko manana hamari khasiyat hai (Rose being red is it's specialty and making my angry wife calm is mine) "Zarun said and handed a box to Zeenat

to be honest aarav is by far a very disappointing character . firstly oorvi comes highly abusive background she does not have the emotional strength to not fall into manipulation and he knows that and then all he cares and sings YOU HURT ME only. Highly selfish and I am disgusted by his behaviour .

THE SILENT LUNA

THE SILENT LUNA

A patch of turned earth that had been waiting since Cassia's arrangement with the patient indifference of soil. She stood at its edge. Thought about what she wanted to grow. The first purely personal decision she had made in longer than she could accurately calculate. Not strategic. Not for the work. Not for anyone except herself. What did she want to grow. The answer came without deliberation. Rosemary. The sprig she had picked from the packhouse garden on the morning she walked out. The thing she had held in her hand because she needed something to carry. She had spent three years learning not to need things like that.
