How did it get there? Rain stared down at the rose she had found by her bedside the second the woke up. The scent drifting in the air and causing her to smile. It reminded her of her time in the cabin and Rain didn’t realize how much she missed waking up to the comforting scent of roses until this one was brought to her. Rain silently wondered with a smile, would they still let her go back to the cabin or did Alexander plan to have her stay in the mansion permanently?

Dew clung to the grass, and somewhere deeper in the woods a hawk cried sharply. Peaceful. Too peaceful. Rose approached the fire pit cautiously. Ember stood over a large pan, stirring something that smelled suspiciously good. Rowan sat on a nearby log, sipping coffee from a metal mug. Both of them looked up when Rose approached. Rowan’s expression was neutral. Ember’s was not. Ember grinned slowly. “Well,” she said. Rose sighed. “Here we go.” Ember leaned against the cooking table. “So.” “Good morning,” Rose said.

Pierce shouted and tried to turn off the television, but Rosa stopped him, grabbing his hands tightly. "Let me hear all of it. I will need it for my next move," she said. The front door burst open, and Abel rushed in without knocking, his laptop clutched in his hands. "Have you seen this garbage?" he demanded, then stopped short when he saw the interview playing on their screen. "Oh. You have." He whispered and took a seat beside them. Rosa watched Amelia give the best performance of her life with her crocodile tears, playing the perfect victim.

Alex walked in, holding Vanessa's hand in his. His gaze met with his wife, Rosy, who was sitting comfortably on the couch with her left leg crossed over her right leg. Rosy was watching her favorite soap opera but turn her head towards the opposite direction when she heard the door creaked. "You are here..." She stated simply with no emotion whatsoever in her voice and just as she had turned her gaze towards the direction of the door, she turned her gaze again, this time, back to the television.

Rose looked between all of them. Nothing felt real anymore. “Then tell me everything,” she said. Jason opened his mouth— But before he could speak— The screen went black. All lights shut off again. Darkness swallowed the room. And then— A voice echoed through the speakers. Not Daniel. Not Ethan. Not Jason. Familiar. But distorted. “You weren’t supposed to see that yet.” Rose’s heart slammed against her chest. Because this— This wasn’t over. It was just beginning.

Rose quietly unlocked the door and slipped out of the room. Without wasting a second, she booked a taxi and left from there. 🚕🚕 Meanwhile, when Daniel Blackwood finished his call and entered the room, his eyes immediately shifted toward the washroom. The door was open. He walked into the attached changing area. Empty. Rose was gone. A sharp silence filled the room. In a sudden burst of anger, Daniel stormed back into the room, grabbed a flower vase from the table, and smashed it onto the floor. 💥

They got home, Rose stepped down from the car and walked straight into her room while Mr. Evidence also walked into his room with his face still the same. Inside Rose's room… She stood in front of the mirror and undressed herself slowly. She looked at the mirror without blinking her eyes as she remembered Evidence's berserk scene. She kept wondering why he got really angry for just that lite thing that happened earlier. She wondered if someone had got him angry but she was sure no one did. She was with him all through the time they stepped their feet into that Rock Is Free hotel.

"I, Alexandria Rivers, daughter to Beta Edward and Joyce Rivers, reject you, Mason Jackson, future Alpha of the Green Wood pack." Mason dropped to the ground holding his chest. "No! Alexandria, No!" Mason screamed. I could feel my heart breaking, and it was excruciating. But I wouldn't let him see that. I turned to walk out, giving the Luna a half smile. "I'll always love you too, Luna. Thank you for being so good to me all of these years." With that, I walked out. As I was walking down the hall to the stairs, I could hear Jacy screaming. Alpha Brian came around the corner. He looked pissed, but his eyes softened when he saw me. I ran up and hugged him, finally letting the tears fall.
