I looked around and saw mom walking up to me. "Water". I said groggily. She gave me water with a straw. I drank all in one breath. My mouth was so dry. "Are you okay honey". Mom asked sadly. I nodded "Why am I here. What happened to me". I asked. She looked at me. "You don't remember anything". She asked. I shook my head looking at her. "What do you remember". She asked. "I remember that I felt dizzy and everything went black". I said. She nodded. That the door bursted open revealing Amy, Giann, Dad and a doctor.

They became speechless for a moment before a loud guffaw echoed around the corner of the room. Green leaves all over the place, fresh breeze of air that pushes the scents of the variety flowers in the garden to fill in my nostrils and the calm music of swaying pine tress made me feel nostalgic. Yeah, that’s how my life works before especially in the times when I messed up and all that I have was my cousin, Marcus. I missed him so much. I hadn’t seen him starting the day that I left home.

As the woman spoke, she set a tray down in front of me. On it were some stomach medicine and a warm bowl of oatmeal. I swallowed hard. Even though she looked a little familiar, I still watched her with caution. "Who are you? And why are you bringing me food?" The woman's eyes widened like she couldn't believe what she was hearing. "Ms. Summer, don't you remember me?" I nodded slightly and told her I seemed to have lost my memory.

a healer said. "What? Can his memory come back?" Elisa asked with an unpleasant expression. "It can. There's still a small amount of wolfsbane in the Alpha's system. Once it's fully metabolized, his memory will return." Elisa breathed a sigh of relief. Anything was fine as long as it didn't delay their mating ceremony. Beta Jack glanced at her disapprovingly and continued questioning the healer. "How long will it take for his memory to return?" "It's uncertain—could be as soon as tomorrow, or it might take five to six months for the wolfsbane to be fully metabolized."

Alex asked, his voice groggy from sleep. "I had a dream," Marcus said, trying to convey the intensity of the experience. "It felt like a déjà vu, like I'd lived it before." "Tell me about it," Alex said, suddenly alert. Marcus recounted the dream, describing the burning building and the woman in his arms. Alex listened intently, his silence speaking volumes. "That might be your memory flashes," Alex said, his voice filled with excitement. "You need to visit the doctor, Marcus. This could be a passage to recovering your memory."

Antoine watched Camille, his eyes filled with concern and curiosity. Camille’s emotions surged, and tears began to roll down her cheeks, salty and bittersweet. "Preliminaries start in summer in Japan. If we are unable to attend, you can stay a little longer to see the start of the Spring Tournament." His eyes widened, then he broke into a small smile. "Thank you." It's not that he was opposed to going back to Japan, nor didn't he want to go either. There was just something unsettling for him to go back without a proper memory of what happened. He was rather afraid of the responses he would get.

Perhaps, it’s impossible for her to forget about it in this lifetime even if she tried to because his leaving back despite her begging is still flashing in front of her eyes. “Did you remember the date?” Ralph asked in astonishment as he didn’t expect her to remember the exact time. No one wanted to die of hunger, and they thought I had a point. So, they turned to Queenie and made the same request. Queenie was panicking, her back drenched in sweat. Then, her eyes lit up. "There's a hill straight east, and the base is covered in mushrooms! We can forage for those! And there's a field further east. It's something the previous survivors left." She smiled smugly. "See? Told you they'd forgive us if you'd just apologize."
