THE WIFE WHO STOLE HIS HEART

THE WIFE WHO STOLE HIS HEART

Sarah asked, holding a clipboard but not looking at it like most grown-ups did when they talked to me. I swung my legs from the big chair, my feet not quite touching the ground. "Because scary things happened to my family and now we need to talk about feelings so they don't stay stuck inside us." "That's exactly right. You're very wise for a five -year- old." Dr. Sarah smiled like she really meant it. "Can you tell me about the scary things?" I thought about Uncle Thomas and his sad eyes, about Sophia who used to be scary but then became sad like a lost dolphin, about Mommy and Daddy crying and the nice man James who got hurt protecting us.

Game over.

Game over.

There is no judgment in his eyes, only a quiet reminder that I do not have to do this alone, that together we can give the children what they need most: safety in the form of a story, comfort wrapped in words softer than reality. So, I smooth Connor’s hair back from his forehead and smile, though it trembles at the edges, and I tell them yes, I saw the sharks. Their gasps fill the hall, Connor’s mouth dropping open in awe while Carmen claps her hands together in delight. To them, this is not horror. It is a wonder. Connor’s eyes shine as he asks again, with even greater urgency, “Were they stronger than Daddy? Did they look scarier than him when he gets mad?” He puffs out his little chest, c

A Story That Doesn’t Belong To You

A Story That Doesn’t Belong To You

Ryan didn’t sleep that night. Even after the letter was turned in, even after the dorm RA called campus security and took a full report, even after the dean promised they were taking the threat “very seriously” the fear clung to him like wet clothes. It was irrational maybe, to be so terrified of a single sentence. But when Adrien wrote, it wasn’t just words. It was a warning. A map of what he was willing to do.

Sugar Daddy Vampire

Sugar Daddy Vampire

For the first time in weeks, her worries felt far away. And then came the scares. They entered the haunted house as a group, swallowed by fog, flashing lights, and grotesque monsters popping out of the dark. Zoe screamed at every corner, practically hanging off Melinda, who threatened to hex the next actor who touched her. Chloe shrieked when a clown lunged from behind a curtain, then broke into nervous laughter, clutching Diana’s arm. Diana strutted through unbothered, blowing kisses at the “undead,” and announcing, “Scary is cute on me.”

Short stories (like in haven)

Story Note: “Room for One More” is a standalone short from my erotic collectiona mix of intense, sensual, and sometimes forbidden stories that explore the raw edges of desire. Each story introduces new characters, new fantasies, and unapologetically explicit encounters. This particular tale features a taboo dynamic between step-siblings, told with heat, dominance, and no holding back. Reader discretion is advised. *************************************************

Nightmare

It lifts him off the ground “No” I’m screaming over and over again, “don’t do this.” But the monster won’t stop. Zac doesn’t know what’s happening but he can tell by the worry in my voice that something is wrong. The monster lets out a ferocious roar before biting Zac’s arm off and swallowing it. Zac lets out a painful scream before fainting, than the monster swallows him whole.

The Sigma's Reluctant Mate

The Sigma's Reluctant Mate

“Right now, there are more important things to worry about. Please, tell me what you know about sigmas.” “I told you already. I thought they were a myth.” Zara stifles a yawn as she speaks. “Sylvie’s mom told us that girls who try to sneak out of the house will turn into sigmas and get kidnapped by male rogues.” Oh boy. They really left her dangling on a hook in a sea of great white sharks. I look at my watch. It’s after three a.m. So much for a relaxing night away from work and werewolves.

Another amazing book! LOVED the cameos from the other characters in the series. Advice to 1st time readers: this is the 3rd book in publication order but 4th in the current time line. Read Luna of the Manae 1st to see the connections, and beware of spoilers within the comments of each chapter.

What an absolutely fabulous book. It had me totally mesmerized and I could not put it down. Unfortunately, I have read the book so fast that I have nothing else to replace it while you complete the Luna Manea book 🥹. I am going to have to reread both of your books while I wait. Love your story tel.

Horror Nights

Horror Nights

He was lying face down, and face up, all at once. I live in that house now. I am the village "fixer." And every night, I listen to the scratching beneath the floorboards. I don't fear the ones that crawl. I fear the ones that wait. Because now I know that the most terrifying thing in the world isn't death—it’s a corpse that refuses to close its eyes.

Love's Inferno: When Fire Meets Ice

Love's Inferno: When Fire Meets Ice

Nora concluded in a silk undertone. Impressed by her good storytelling skills, the kids applauded her as they glued their vote stickers on the voting pad. However, amongst the other kids, some people weren't impressed—Gina Adams and minions. "Oh, PUURLEES. . . This is the lamest scary story in the history of lame scary stories," Gina jeered loudly, her tone wielding the usual amount of obnoxity.

The writing was good. Interesting twists in the story. However, I got irritated when Doris was being immature. Love how 8 years old Nora and 4 years old Max acted and spoke mature. Hated that the transition between events was not always smooth and the wrong gender was used often. Nice, happy ending.
