*** Archer came to the spa which was built for Elena’s treatment. The water vapour was everywhere, warm and comforting. He breathed a sigh, slipping into the water to enjoy the peaceful moment. Splash! Archer opened his eyes alertly and saw a figure flashing through the mist. He reached out and grabbed it. The smooth, tender skin in his hands shivered heavily with a little gasp. It was Elena. He released her at once and she sank into the water, only revealing her nose and half of her head. Her sparkling dark eyes staring at him in shame.

“Air power. Check!” Up on a ridge, Archer watched the chaos unfold. “They’ve got this,” he muttered to himself, not wanting to miss the fun. He raised his hand, and a glowing bow of pure energy appeared in his grasp, a shimmering arrow already notched. “Time to join the party.” He released the arrow, and it shot through the air, piercing an ogre’s chest with an explosion of light. The beast roared in pain and crumpled to the ground. “Bullseye!”
