Hiro “Already told you I don’t fix shite,” Sai snaps against Ayame’s pain. Her vulnerability. “You want a shoulder to cry on, call Farm Boy. Breaking things is my only point and purpose,” Sai slams back into the chair, shoving the bread pudding in his mouth before the leash he’s keeping on himself snaps.

ASAI. The first thing Saki did when I took a seat was place her ring on the table between us. I balked, barely holding on to my panic as alarm bells rang in my head. This wasn't happening, not when I was so close. She pinned me with a very leveled gaze. “I want you to answer me like you would a close friend,” she said, “Not a fiancé. I need you to be completely honest with me, Asai. Do you understand me?”

She was hiding herself from the flying dragonfly which then perched on the edge of the table near Jai’s position. “Oh. This is a very big dragonfly. What is—I mean, what’s her or his name?” Jai asked. “This is Sakura. She is a Cherry Blossom Dragonfly.” Tsubasa answered. “I don’t want to seem rude, but I’ve never seen a dragonfly as big as her. Is it a normal size, Tsubasa-san?” Jai asked as he observed Sakura, the raspberry colored dragonfly that’s almost as big as a two months old kitten.

A few seconds later, a petite woman with jet black hair and huge silver colored eyes answered. “What can I do for you?” She asked brightly. “I’m Rex Callis, Alpha of the Sakura Pack. I’m just here to extend my packs greetings, maybe meet with Tristan, and give him this.” He pulled the small box from his pocket, displaying the offering Makai had given him.

{Not if I could help it,} Sasha thought. Now Aki was directly parallel to where he was standing; only she was sliding on her stomach feet-first to the middle bottom of the machine. Sasha executed a Zenpo Keri or forward kick, stomping with all his might while keeping his spine erect to maintain balance, which was characteristic of a Slayer’s Budo Taijutsu (martial art of distance).

“They called it ‘Supernatural’ because the venture boys needed a sexy deck. The lab called it PX-5. The men in suits called it Phase. Like it was an operation.” Jack set Aki’s photo down on the table between them. Black eyes. White hair. The composure of someone who owns gravity wherever she walks. “And her?” he asked. “Ghost program,” Susan said, almost to herself. “Recruitment out of disaster zones. Stateless. Practically invisible. I never met her. But the codename crossed server logs with a Japanese flag and a redacted training file from a contractor we all pretended didn’t exist.” “Sumua was declared dead,” Pauly said, tapping the corner of the dossier with a pen cap. “Somebody laundere

Eriko chimed in, “Oh yeah! And didn’t you ask us to come with you to that Indonesia festival a while ago? What’s going on, Sa-chan~?” Sakura flustered, “I-I’m just… curious, that’s all.” Eriko leaned in closer, grinning, “Really? Then why are your cheeks and ears so red, hmm?” Mia hugged her from behind, giggling, “Aww, who made our Sa-chan turn this cute all of a sudden?” “Who is he?” Eriko pushed teasingly. “Nobody! Just… a friend!” Sakura snapped, too quickly. “A friend… or a ‘friend’?” they echoed in unison, delighted.

Hikari was standing to Riko’s left, smiling this big grin that reminds me so much of Elijah it’s not funny, sporting a blue tee that said ‘Big Brother’ in black on the chest. Saki stood on Riko’s right, a devious glint to her eyes, wearing a purple tee that said ‘Big Sis 1’. And sitting at Riko’s feet was Aiko with that same devious glint in her eyes wearing the same purple tee, but instead, it said ‘Big Sis 2’. We realized later the girls had messed with Forrest’s phone, and he had to take it to the store to get it fixed.

" Rila, the MUA answered. “Masya Allah, is it because you make up the smart ones or you are really pretty Saz? You are so beautiful ”Sinta joked while hitting Saskia's back slowly. Saskia shook her head, confused about the treatment of three college friends who are now sitting snapping the camera on her cellphone, taking pictures of them with Saskia many times.
