The coffee in front of her felt unimportant now. Sandra tried to read, but her thoughts kept returning to the woman across the room. She looked up again; Anya was still talking. Sandra left the shed and went into the king's library. “You said the king requested the books be replaced with new ones,” she asked her maid. “Yes, The Kid’s books are over there,” she said, pointing at a pile of new books. “Here. Keep this one of the books and leave immediately,” Sandra said and handed a piece of paper to Berra. She took it and headed to the books. Berra reached the book and picked up one of the books. She kept the piece of paper in it and quickly left the library to meet back up with Sandra.
