THE ALPHA'S DESTINY (THE PROPHECY)

THE ALPHA'S DESTINY (THE PROPHECY)

Aunt Jules always told me how much I reminded her of her big sister. I placed the picture on the nightstand next to the bed and then I continued to explore the contents of the chest. The next thing I found was a tattered paper scroll. It was old looking and had a weird old, dirty brown colour. I picked it up and it felt grainy against my fingers. "Is that Papyrus!" Zander carefully took the scroll from my hand. "It is. WOW!" He said, he began to examine the scroll more closely. "What is a Papyrus?"

One of the best books. I love this writer. I have read 2 of her books so far and I can’t wait for this one and the rejected omega is the lycan Kings mate to be completed. Fiona’s writing skills are on point and she always adds humor to her books. I hope you get some motivation to complete this one.

HELLO AGAIN! I know it has been ages but the book has finally been edited and I have a few new chapters that I’ll be posting in the coming New Year. Some chapters have been split in 2 or 3 due to GoodNovel’s new policy. But if you’ve read the book to the chapter called Alfonso, then you’re good.

"Papyrus. I know sheep's vellum was more durable and more common in those days, but it had to be papyrus. The thinner the best." "Okay." "Before the papyrus was inserted into the cryptex's compartment, it was rolled around a delicate glass vial." She tipped the cryptex, and the liquid inside gurled. "A vial of liquid." "Liquid what?" Sophie smiled. "Vinegar." Jim hesitated a moment and then began nodding. "Brilliant."

I Summoned Death Itself!

I Summoned Death Itself!

Every one of her senses was enthralled with a soothing calm. “Damn it!” Damon’s voice from beyond the great hall. Pushing the door open, Journee saw him buried in mountainous piles of books and scrolls. She watched him hold up a piece of parchment, comparing it to another material. It is foreign. Something I have not handled in real life. Taking a closer look, she recognised it from her history textbooks. Papyrus! OMG! They have ancient Egyptian texts here?! Excitement shot through her veins as her hands trembled with desire. Briefly, Journee allowed her fingers to trace the outline of the hieroglyphics.

Sisyphyra

Sisyphyra

Father Francis replied with a little pity. Suddenly her eyes grew wide and she flared up in fury. Her features began to contort, reaching out her hands to grab Father Francis but they were held with the chains. She now looked unrecognizable. Father Francis laid a purple stole, two surplices, a big vial of holy water, and two copies of The Roman Ritual on a table placed father away in the room. "I believe we should begin." Frowning Father Lazarus said "You mean now? Right away?" Father Francis glanced at him.

The final blow that made her fully accept what her two children had now become was when Zack startled from his sleep only to find the entire bedroom engulfed in flame. Thankfully, his panic put them out rather than making the situation worse. “What do you have there?” I questioned, reaching for the papyrus scroll in her hands. She nudged me to the side with her hip, pushing back the mountain of books I had strewn across the tables splintered surface. The heavy scratch of thick paper hit my ears as she unraveled it to its fullest extent. Laced within the golden fillagree was a strange style of artwork that looked both ancient and beautiful.

Such a well written book and the story really drags you in, I’ve enjoyed reading this so much and hope a sequel comes out. I really feel this book should be printed, I’d read it over and over again. The book is long but it’s well worth it.

The author has a fantastic ability to keep me on the edge of my seat and a great ability to describe the scenery around the characters. I find the characters to be mostly well defined and consistent throughout the book. There are some typos and incorrect grammar, but not enough to disturb me complet

The Final Cut

The Final Cut

The hardened clay became soft and insubstantial, changing shape and reforming itself into a papyrus scroll filled with hieroglyphics. Isimud was showing the scroll to a band of travelling merchants who smiled avariciously and rubbed their hands together. They were not smiling by the time the Anunnaki appeared. Jimmy’s sight was filled with the scroll when they were done and he saw it change shape once again into a single edition book that looked like it had come fresh off a Gutenberg press. This one was being placed into the eager hands of some Bavarian fur trappers, who did not manage to keep their own skins after they read it.

But he also has goat ears sticking out for the sides of his head, and gently curving horns coming from his forehead, and sweeping back to flick upwards at the tips. “I have some questions, and I’m really hoping you can offer some clarity. But I know, ‘no interfering.’.” They nod, serious. “Sansom’s mother has a Witch scroll, ancient, from Egypt. I have a partial translation, and it’s worrying enough as it stands.” She explains what she knows. They look at each other and frown. Hecate glares at Pan and he looks away, “You were supposed to destroy that.” Pan rubs the back of his neck nervously, “It’s been a few millennia of this thing floating around, and now Eliza knows about it, so it must b

His Mask, My Sin

Just gone. No one speaks. Finally, one of the werewolves clears his throat. “Well. That’s… ominous.” Maelis reaches for the parchment, then stops. Her eyes flick to Ezra. “It’s addressed to you.” Ezra’s fingers curl slowly around it. “And Aiden,” Cassian adds quietly. “Both of you.” My stomach drops. Ezra breaks the seal. The parchment unfolds on the table between us, ancient symbols crawling across the page like living things. At first glance, it looks like nonsense—circles, lines, glyphs intersecting in strange patterns.

With a nod of approval, he returns the scroll to Madissa, who gently places it back into the box, her fingers caressing the seashells that adorn its surface. Queen Thalassa, observing the exchange with a gentle smile, feels a surge of pride welling up within her. She recognizes the origin of the exquisite parchment, as she hails from the very kingdom renowned for producing such special parchment. It is a connection that resonates with her on a profound level, an unspoken acknowledgment of the shared appreciation for the artistry and craftsmanship behind it.
