These feelings didn’t make sense. She was a different kind of beauty than my mother wolf. I shook my head, feeling as though I was in some sort of trance. I knew deep down, Sarah was a monster—she was a vampire, an enemy of werewolves, and had gotten my mother killed. I couldn’t forgive her for that. Yet I yearned to be near her. When I first met Sarah, she was a cute little girl full of energy and the will of a warrior, ready for anything, and I was immediately drawn to her. I was so enamored with her that I persuaded my soft-hearted mother, Margaret, to take Sarah in and adopt her.

she replied, glancing at Theo with concern. Before they could react, a figure leaped out from the shadows. It was a vampire. He lunged at Theo, knocking him down and sinking his teeth into his leg. Theo cried out in pain, trying to fight off the attacker. Sarah acted swiftly, leaping at them and trying to slash at the vampire whose reflexes were faster than she could keep up with.

I don't remember having a sacred book with me. Hold on. Could it be the book that I thought belonged to my mom? "It's the book you almost destroyed," he informed me. Oh, maybe that's why he texted me to not tear it up. At that time I was so confused and thought he was a stalker. Little did I know he was actually a blood-sucking demon. Or was he? "Since you're a vampire, do you drink blood?" I asked because from what I know, they're always thirsty for blood and he hasn't shown any sign of that.

She was just stuttering hoping what she was saying made sense. Seeing this Sarah smiled softly as she affectionately scolded her friend. “ Calm down, don't make things hard for yourself.” Sarah walked towards where Kate was sitting and sat beside her. This time around Kate didn't run or move away. “I'm not a blood sucking demon, neither is John.” Kate felt surprised hearing this. If she wasn't a demon then what is she? Sarah seemed to understand her thought and finally cleared it. “I am a wolf. And John is a vampire. So although they are demons, believe me they are not human-eating demons like you visualize them.”

The elevator door slid shut before he could recover. She collapsed against the wall, gasping. Her hands wouldn’t stop shaking. Through the closing gap, she saw him standing there. Staring at his hand. Then at her. His eyes glowed green. “Run all you want, mama,” he said. His voice carried through the metal doors like a promise. “I’ll find you.” The elevator sealed shut. Mireya slid to the floor, tears streaming down her face. She’d just burned a vampire. And now he wasn’t going to let her go.

Her teammates looked on in awe, unaware of the secrets she kept. Meanwhile, Lyra cherished every moment with Baby Sarah, watching her grow and develop her own unique abilities. She marveled at Sarah's sharp tiny fangs, a sign of her vampire heritage. Lyra's heart swelled with love and pride as she witnessed her daughter's milestones, from crawling to walking and eventually calling her "Ma-ma". Lyra had never been so happy. Between classes and training, Karma, Bella, and Matt visited Lyra, Baby Sarah, and everyone else at The Mystic Manor, playing with Sarah and marveling at her rapid development.

She scolded me and my eyes glistened with tears. I deserved it. I was meant to be the wise older one, but I was just too stupid to get my shit together. I hope he didn't suspect me. "Hmm, well a vampire could be killed with the silver dagger, which you try to steal for Terry -" "Danny, focus." "Putting a vampire to sleep forever is easy. Just dip the silver dagger into a bottle of vervain and keep it inside the bottle for at least 24 hours before stabbing the person's heart with it. It'll put them to sleep for at least a generation." by the time Danny finished, my heart was beating like crazy. Was I really thinking of doing this?

“What can I get you, sir?” “I’ll take a Bloody Mary.” The bartender grabs a glass and some of the bottles that are nearby and starts the drink. Like the drop of a hat something comes over me. “You know what,” I slide the tray fully back onto the counter, “I will take a drink. Surprise me; just make sure it’s strong.” My head jerks in Maxwell’s direction, “And I have a feeling that he would love his drink to be extra bloody and maybe a Victoria instead of a Mary. Marys seem too uptight,” I interrupt. What kind of vampire can drink Bloody Marys anyways? Is the bartender in on his secret and he adds a little something extra to it when no one’s looking?

He enlightened her. "Breed? There are breeds? Aren't you all the same?" Adrianna was dumbfounded to know that vampires have different breeds. He got up and went to grab a book from his shelves, and hand a heavy book to Adrianna. "This will help you because I am not good at explaining things and facts." Said Alaric. Her palms touched the cover of the book which looked antique and royal. She read the title 'Vamoose', called Vampire in latin. "You didn't tell me you have kids." Alaric asked her.
