Lilith's POV. I folded another dress and carefully placed it inside one of the open traveling bags... It's been a few more weeks and we are finally leaving the human world. Oliver had already made arrangements, the main reason why we had come here has finally been settled, Valerie could no longer hurt anyone, she had gotten a hold of her power. And despite everything that had happened... With Helena and Adrian, despite the danger and the chaos that had followed us, there was still a part of me that felt strangely sad about leaving.

A maid follows him up to tuck him to sleep, Zen watches him intently and slowly gets off the chair and walks towards his study. Zen calmly keeps on humming the ‘interstellar’ while making himself a drink and gets behind the desk and turns on the computer and goes to the live cctv footage of the basement. A sigh comes out of his mouth seeing his beloved so lifelessly resting on the chair. The restrains around her wrists makes her look so damn beautiful to him. “Why would you wanna leave me? Why? We were so perfect together, so perfect.” He smiles while seeping his drink. “You can’t leave me, not anymore.” He chuckles out loud while spinning around on the chair like a maniac.

She said. I gazed down upon everything, it was beautiful indeed. I could zoom in my vision on birds that made nests in the trees, I could also see the leaves as the shook with the wind, and I could see, slowly, as water droplets fell from the leaves and fell to the ground. "It is beautiful Tia... It is..." And as I sat on that branch, with Tia beside me I realized being vampires didn't only mean that we had super strength and speed and sight. It also meant that we were free, free to experience the hidden beauties of this world and we were freer than the wind...
