Savannah says sweetly, “let’s talk romance.”
Here we go.
“You’ve been linked to several men this year,” she says. “Including a fellow musician, a producer, and even one of your bodyguards—”
“None of which is true.”
“Well,” she laughs, “the photos said otherwise.”
“Photos can say anything you want them to,” I snap before I can stop myself. Silence ripples across the room. Savannah’s eyes gleam like she’s tasted blood.
“Cara,” she says softly, sweetly, viciously, “are you… lonely?”
