she was still talking when her emotions took the better of her and she let out a loud sob. "Please… I need someone to talk to. Lucy, our life is now in danger again. You have to wake up…" Savannah said in between sobs, but when she couldn't control herself again, she left Lucy's hand and squatted behind her bed and cried uncontrollably. The peeping sound of the machine made her stand up and she saw Lucy breathing heavily with her eyes open. "Doctor, doctor!" Savannah shouted and ran out of the room and ran towards the doctor's office.

She had to confront him. She found Colton on the penthouse’s rooftop garden, sitting alone with a black coffee and a tablet, dressed in a tailored navy suit. The skyline unfurled behind him like a kingdom he owned, cool wind teasing at his cufflinks. He looked too calm, as if untouched by the fire that had ignited inside her. “I want to talk,” Savannah said, voice harder than she expected. He didn’t look up. “You’re not here to talk.” She stepped forward. “Who was she?”

That woman can read me like a fucking book and I really can’t deal with that right now. I open my office door to find Savannah sitting in my chair, looking at my laptop. Fuck. I walk fast towards her and when her eyes meet mine; they are covered with tears. They are pooled and threatening to spill. “Who’s Jo?” she asks and I look at the screen to see a reply to the email I sent her earlier. I have been using my work email so Savannah wouldn’t read and look at me now… Deep in shit. “I need to talk to you about that,” I say and she shakes her head, clearing a tear with the back of her hand.

“Um..yes. doctor Rothschild is with me.” “Give the phone to her please.” He said. “Kay.” “Hi, Mr Sandoval.” Savannah greeted. “Hi. So um..can you tell me if Elyon’s gonna be fine?”. He rubbed his forehead in desperation. “I’m yet to see her for myself sir. I don’t want to leave Miesa alone.” Savannah said. "I’ll let you know if I hear anything but I know she’ll be fine. She’s a strong woman.”

Savannah wasn't one to spare anyone's feelings. All he did was make excuses as to why Sophia wasn't a good fit for him. He truly got over what his ex-girlfriend did, abandoning him on the altar. “Alright, I'll be on my way.” Noah stood a step up, staggering and falling back into his chair. “If you're trying to die tonight, delete my number from recently called. I can't have the cops tracing your death to me.” Savannah's comment made Noah laugh. She always had a way of giving him relief.

Savannah replied, yanking Sophia’s hand away from hers. But…Sophia wanted to object However, Savannah suddenly grabbed her on the shoulders. “Listen to me Sophia! You have to go now, Leave and survive on your own”. Savannah said hurriedly. “I'm not going anywhere without you!” Sophia refused, still trying to hold her hands. “Sophia! You need to leave, Remember all the kids are alive because of you, You gave them hope to live. You have a family waiting for you. So, your survival comes first, You need to escape now before it's too late”. Savannah said, tearing part of her cloth to cover Sophia’s injury.

Savannah was standing next to her friends, who were talking about the movie and brands. But she seemed happy with the fact she got to meet Amor Volkov. Her eyes scanned Amor, who was still busy with his friends and his girlfriend, making her cringe a bit. As people know, he was kind and intelligent, but Savannah’s thoughts differed.
