Keira POV As I approached the back door garden of the castle, I was immediately struck by the lovely plants that surrounded me. The crisp air of early autumn is infused with the sweet scent of blooming flowers, and the gentle rustling of fallen leaves underfoot. Golden yellow chrysanthemums nodded lazily in the breeze, while deep purple asters sway gently alongside delicate pink and white carnations. Clusters of tall, spiky purple Liatris added height and drama to the garden, and the bright red of scarlet sage blooms added a vibrant pop of color.

How did it get there? Rain stared down at the rose she had found by her bedside the second the woke up. The scent drifting in the air and causing her to smile. I just watched in horror as Scarlet removed the dagger from her shoulder wiping the blood on the dagger, on her shorts. Bones began breaking and soon Skylar was replaced by a big brown Wolf. I’m sure I have seen the vehicle before lingering near my work, but I can’t be sure as black cars with tinted windows are standard around here. I arrived at Scarlett’s and took a few breaths before knocking. The front door opened, and the beautiful red-headed Scarlett was just looking out at me, walking towards the door. She smiled at me, then I saw the colour drain from her face, so I turned to look behind me, and there was the black car that was driving up my arse earlier. As I looked at it, it sped away.
