Scarlet Heart Novels & Stories

Scarlett So today I'm going to meet my friend zayn for lunch, he wants a favor and I can do anything for him. Don't get me wrong cause he's my bestfriend from grade 7, I guess. Well whatever, oh sorry I didn't introduced myself I'm scarlett silvermist Williams, world's no. Hacker and software programmer, so you can say I'm kind of rich and I was born in london, I'm a britisher but lives in New York.

Ha hadn’t even bothered to shave. I reached out and tried to touch him, but my hands went through and caught nothing. I tried again and the result was the same. My body was not in this world anymore, only my soul. My heart ached for him. Why was this happening to us? Why did the gods decide to change my fate so suddenly and let Greta’s plans succeed? I had been a good girl all my life and had never hurt anyone. Why then was this happening to me?

Laylin softly breathed out a sigh at his flaring temper. She closed her eyes in silent, her heart drumming in her chest. “Scarlet was the daughter of a Rakhbar Princess and Sansy so it made her the perfect medium: the blood of both, Red Witch and White Wolf. You said the Old Mistress sees the future, did she see it?”

I smiled at her. “Hey Franklin.” she waved gently at me. “How did you know what we were talking about? Do you know something we don't?” “I was listening for Scarlett's heartbeat, and I heard everything y'all said by the time I got here.” I shrugged. “My heartbeat?” Scarlett asked, tilting her head backwards so she could look at me. “Yeah, your heartbeat.” I shrugged. “It beats slightly different from every other person's own.” “Bleh.” Jane rolled her eyes. “I see why she chose him now.”

“I’m going to need more than that, Harry.” He leaned in. “Hester posted these pictures to humiliate you. But what if we spin it? What if we turn it into a tragic love story?” I stared at him, my mind struggling to keep up. “A love story?” “Think about it,” he said, his eyes gleaming. “A woman, madly in love, so overwhelmed with emotion before her wedding that she collapses from exhaustion. But does she give up? No. She fights through it—because her love is stronger than any hardship.”

I uttered, watching her leave in sobbing tears. But that was the least of my concerns. I just never wanted to see a sight of her anymore; I hated it all—my past, everything. All I wanted was to forget it, but her presence only seemed to bring it all back, haunting my dreams. A resting hand on Scarlet helped me up, leading me to the bed as I laid down with heavy breaths escaping my mouth. I couldn't believe how weak I was, but this was temporary. I would make sure I stood back up, stronger than I had always been. This time, I would seize to make any mistakes further.

There is no something special about them. “Oh, okay Mr. no-girlfriend-since-birth. Just admit it, you don’t have the courage to speak and court a girl” I suddenly stopped the car that made Nico fall on his seat. “Oh! My bad,” I said sarcastically and smirked. He just looked at me with his annoyed face. Served you right. “Were here,” I got out in my car and got into the house leaving Nico in the car. I saw Aunt Jeana standing on the balcony waiting for us to arrive. She saw me and hurriedly walked towards me.

I gasped when he said that, but how did you know about that. "Well, you see, although you and Emily are practically the same people, there is a slight difference between you to." He said, looking at me for the first time since I revealed the secret. "How will you know about that," I asked him the tears were flowing now, I'm crying for so many reasons. "Well, both you and Emily have the same green eyes. But with yours, there is a speck of grey around the pupil. But people see it as just the emerald color" he said. He was looking deep into my eyes.

I’m sure I have seen the vehicle before lingering near my work, but I can’t be sure as black cars with tinted windows are standard around here. I arrived at Scarlett’s and took a few breaths before knocking. The front door opened, and the beautiful red-headed Scarlett was just looking out at me, walking towards the door. She smiled at me, then I saw the colour drain from her face, so I turned to look behind me, and there was the black car that was driving up my arse earlier. As I looked at it, it sped away. Why was it here, and why did Scarlett look miffed when she saw it? “Hi,” I said, trying to get her attention, “You alright?” I smiled.

Scarlet said in a husky voice earning another round of laughter form Franco. "You must be world biggest fool to think that I'll ever marry a nameless girl like you when they are some more sophisticated ladies out there. Hell, the only worth you have is that decaying thing under your skirt." Hearing these words from her first lover is breaking her and more tears kept pouring out like rain. "And now that you know the truth I think we will have to draw the line here, it's over between us." That last sentence peirced into scarlet heart like a two edge sword.
