With a quick motion, I hurled the metals into the swimming pool of the abandoned warehouse that served as my refuge. The night shone bright with a full moon, and just as Scarlet arrived, the scenery turned musty, laced with dread. She had just finished orchestrating her plan. I’m sure I have seen the vehicle before lingering near my work, but I can’t be sure as black cars with tinted windows are standard around here. I arrived at Scarlett’s and took a few breaths before knocking. The front door opened, and the beautiful red-headed Scarlett was just looking out at me, walking towards the door. She smiled at me, then I saw the colour drain from her face, so I turned to look behind me, and there was the black car that was driving up my arse earlier. As I looked at it, it sped away.
