Gina and Freya looked towards Maya, and the trio burst into laughter. "What?" Carlene asked already planning to defend her answer. "Spiders? Cockroaches? Come on, guys." Gina said, roaring out another belly-aching laughter. "I will have you know that spiders are dangerous," Carlene glared at her. "What exactly is dangerous about spiders?" April snickered. "And why would someone be scared of cockroaches?" Carlene asked April. "They are scary, okay?" April defended. "Kindly enlighten us about what's scary about cockroaches, April?"

Our enemies were near, but we couldn't see them. Until... "Apparent Bestiae (Appear, you beast!)!" Witch Anya roared, and a black grizzly bear suddenly appeared in front of us. Its fangs were gleaming from the sunrise. Its full black eyes were gazing in rage. Its growl was echoing, scaring some faunas on trees. Upon seeing their intruders, they all flew away to the sky.

Although they were all pets, the pets that appeared here could be described in three words—eerie and terrifying! There were scorpions, centipedes, vipers, toads, mice, ants, spiders, lizards… There were all the scary pets they could imagine here. The people walking here were special buyers who had a soft spot for scary pets. The things they carried and hung around their waists were very disgusting and scary. It was no wonder that the security guards needed to separate these people. If they were brought close to Lyla, she would be frightened. Thomas looked around and saw a pet shop specializing in snakes. " Now the show begins " Lisa screamed when something fell in front of her. She was startled to see that someone had tossed meat at her, she didn't need to think too much to know who it might be. At the smell of raw meat, a large grey wolf burst out of the bushes, its eyes burning like fiery coals. Lisa's heart skipped a beat as she locked eyes with the fearsome creature. The wolf's presence sent shivers down her spine, and she couldn't help but let out a piercing scream of terror.

My eyes flutter open, and I find myself in an unfamiliar place. Terror courses through me as I take in my surroundings — cages lining the walls, each holding a variety of creatures: humans, werewolves, lycans, mermaids, and more. The air is heavy with fear and desperation, and I can feel the palpable sense of despair emanating from my fellow captives.

Hendrix POV After that weirdo's silly bedtime story about end-of-the-world cults or something, I could tell Anna's resolve was breaking down. Those weird creatures and their horrifying objects were like living nightmares come true. They had twisted bodies and soulless eyes that looked right into your mind with cold malice. Their rude and inappropriate presence made me lose even my normal confidence. But giving in to fear was the first thing that led to loss. I’m very scary when I’m angry.” She narrows her eyes and lets out a playful growl that sounds more like a kitten trying to be a tiger.

They are back on their feet in seconds, snapping their jaws at their assailant. Sally stares at the beast as it roars again, silencing the two Hyenas with just it’s presence. These animals shouldn’t be here. And they shouldn’t be so much bigger then the ones at the zoos. They’re bigger then people, towering over the cars on the street and Sally’s whole body shakes violently with the primal fear that seeing them brings on. This new animal, this giant creature smacking back one of the Hyenas with a single paw. It’s a Lion.

Anxious anticipation mingled with dread as I approached, my curiosity warring with a growing sense of unease. With each step closer, my heart hammered in my chest, and a sense of impending horror gripped me. Inside the transparent enclosure, I saw shapes that made my stomach churn and my skin crawl. They were once human beings, transformed through an experiment they never consented to. The mutation had distorted them into grotesque creatures that resembled the mythical werewolves of old tales. Their bodies were covered in thick, matted fur, their muscles bulging with unnatural strength. Their eyes, once filled with humanity, now glowed with an unsettling, feral light.
