“What’s the matter? I didn’t see them immediately because I spent a while in jail before I finally had access to my phone again. The messages were everywhere – my texts, email, and social media inbox. All saying horrible things. That I was a monster. That they were going to kill me for killing Lara. That I should kill myself.

Perhaps I needed to make a list because I had no idea what else to do. My phone dinged, making me glance at it. I ignored it knowing it was probably just a spam message, I had no one texting me after all. However it started to vibrate continuously, scaring me. I grabbed it and sat up, wondering what the hell was going on. I gasped when I saw lots of messages from unknown numbers cursing me out. CHAPTER 47 WHILE she was on the side of the road, she didn't know how to start her car because of the text message she read from an unknown phone number or should she ignore it because it might not be true. But she still couldn't stop her fears because it might be true. She read it again. "Dino's family is already dead," she read in the text message. Her hand was shaking while still holding the cell phone. "My God!" she screamed with disbelief evident in her voice. “Maybe it's not true. Right, I shouldn't believe this prank!”

I mean, her threat at the mall definitely has a creepy underlying statement to it and all of this just felt like something she could pull off. A text came in a few seconds later from the anonymous sender. “You don't know me now but you will real soon, we'll be together and no one is going to be able to separate us.” The text read. I felt fear run down my spine after reading the text. It definitely had to be Sylvester. I took a screenshot of the texts before calling Sylvester. “Hey, Priscilla, I never thought I'd hear from you.” He sounded so casual over the phone.

The phone binged again, I picked it with shaky fingers, it was from the same unknown number I will kill you; it read Then another came You'll die bitch ,I'll watch as the blood drains out of your heart and get a taste of it; I clasped a hand over my mouth to swallow back a scream, beads of sweat began to form on my face There was no doubt in my mind as to who sent the text. It has to be him. Hayden. But he has never done this before....never has been so creepy, why now......? To torture me.... To scare me...

My phone lit up when I picked it up and my stomach dropped. Twenty-three missed calls. All from Scarlet. Fifteen text messages. I opened them with hands that weren't entirely steady. "Where are you?" "Please answer." "I'm worried." "Damian please just tell me you're okay." "I need to know you're safe." The timestamps started at midnight and ended at four in the morning, each message getting progressively more desperate, and I felt like the worst kind of bastard because she'd been up all night calling me while I'd been passed out god knows where doing god knows what.

His face was blurred out, but his proximity left no room for doubt. They were naked and in bed together. My stomach twisted. But when I saw the text messages that had just popped up, a wave of nausea washed over me. It read: ‘How does it feel to know that I fucked your mother? My revenge starts with her. Yours truly, Black Scorpion.’ What the fuck?

It was another ordinary day, until Shannon got a strange text message on her phone. It was from an unknown number, and the message was cryptic and unsettling. Shannon's heart started to race as she tried to decipher the meaning of the message. She felt a sense of dread wash over her, and she couldn't shake the feeling that something bad was about to happen. Shannon sat at her desk, staring at her phone. I got my phone out when I got bored and winced when I saw the gazillion messages and notifications I'd gotten in the short time I'd abandoned it. Tons of them were about work and business, but then in the midst of all those messages was one from an unknown number. I opened it with squinted eyes and gasped when I saw the wordings. "Scarlett is not going to survive. She needs to be punished." I gripped the phone tighter and continued to read it until it was engraved on my brain. Shit. What the fuck was going on? Had whoever sent this shit been the one who set up the accident?
