Hendrix POV After that weirdo's silly bedtime story about end-of-the-world cults or something, I could tell Anna's resolve was breaking down. Those weird creatures and their horrifying objects were like living nightmares come true. They had twisted bodies and soulless eyes that looked right into your mind with cold malice. Their rude and inappropriate presence made me lose even my normal confidence. But giving in to fear was the first thing that led to loss. And there was no way in hell I was going to be added to Scar's crazy plan to kill people from our family tree.

I’d like to die and be given a good burial. The car came to a halt and my breathing slowed down gradually. I slowly lifted my face up as I stared from side to the front. We were in the middle of nowhere but a car was parked close by. I stepped down slowly, my fears tripling as my heart did a flip and skip. Professor Justin was standing in front of a mountain, his back turned, the golden orange sun illuminating a tall, sexy man with sophistication. It felt unreal, it felt too perfect and good to be true. Things like these never existed except in books and fairytales but I was experiencing it with my eyes.

“Oh? Well, get some rest. I won’t disturb you.” He raised a brow. “Did I say you were disturbing me? “ “Why no, but...” “I said you can talk to me as long as you want. So, talk about whatever you want until you get sleepy. I’m all ears.” I smiled. “I appreciate that.” He leaned back in his chair. “How long have you been afraid of c thunderstorms?” “Pretty much all my life. Hell, I don’t even like to drive in them. I’ll pull over on the side of the road and wait it out.”

Kian's gaze finds me, and he extends his hand. "It's getting colder," he murmurs, a little cold in his tone. I stand and sit further from him, between Max and Doty, and they both smile at me. As the night went on, the guys told scary stories, which were really scary, like the horror films Mya makes me watch.

Clark and Van are currently talking to their neighborhood friends who are also at the birthday party when they suddenly heard a commotion outside Clark's house. Clark, Van and all of the guests went outside to check what was going on. And much to their surprise, they saw the same creepy man at the Waldorf Reunion party. He was grabbing Bianca's arm, as he is dragging him towards his car. "Hey, what are you doing? Let her go!" Van shouted. He almost forgot how to breath because he is dead worried about Bianca. The creepy man might try to hurt her, and he won't be able to bear it.

"Yes, I'm talking about the town. What was the name before Genesis?" "I answered you, the name was the town. That was what everyone called it." "Amazing," Nothing was surprising anymore because the whole town was a big bag of surprises. "How many more minutes until we get to Grandma Sadie's house?" I asked, anxiously. The story was really scary and very beguiling. "We got fifteen minutes more, we're close to the town's square. I'll show you the library when we get there." Even though I didn't want to see it, my highly curious self nodded at him. I bet it was ugly and scary, like a haunted house or something. Who would want to see something like that though? Me.
