The night was shrouded in darkness, and the ancient crypt stood silently, holding secrets from a time long forgotten. A group of high school students, each carrying a flickering flashlight, crept through the overgrown graveyard. They were the unwitting explorers of a destiny not of their own making.

Finally, someone chided, “What the hell are you yelling for? We are in the middle of nowhere. Why can’t we vomit here?” Just then, the bus driver suddenly switched on the headlights. The light illuminated the area ahead of them and also brightened up the surrounding area. The next second, the still-upset crowd was left dumbfounded. Some of the more faint-hearted people even jumped up in fear. Surprisingly, there were small slopes all around them. This place… was a graveyard. “Arghhh!!!” The middle-aged woman who had been the first to vomit was so scared that her face turned ghastly pale. “What kind of place have you guys brought us to? Why are there graves everywhere?”

It showed the newest handbag of the season. After I sent the recycler out, I asked Susan Yegler, my best friend, to check out a place. I brought her to the suburbs and parked the car in front of a graveyard. Susan stared at me in surprise. I did not explain and just dragged her in. The graveyard was on a mountain, and it even had a river. It was the first pick for many rich families as their final resting place. The staff gave us an enthusiastic introduction to the place. After looking around, I picked a spot I liked and paid the deposit.

The bus rumbled to a stop in front of an abandoned elementary school, its windows shattered and the playground eerily empty. Somehow, their hearts became heavy. After all, this is a place where innocent students are studying. If it weren't for the fact that the school will be opened in the afternoon, there may be a lot of students here, and they might be having a hard time cleaning them. Lost in thought, I hadn’t realized how far we’d gone until we reached an abandoned basement in the school. “This is definitely it,” I muttered, wincing at the intense stench as he opened the door.
